As all of us here on CAG know, it seems like at least once per month a store or website offers a B1G1 40-50% off deal on 360/PS3 games. I currently have confirmed launch day pre-orders on both PS4 and Xbox 1, my question is what do you think the odds are that we could see a deal like the one I mentioned previously on next gen games soon after launch?
My thinking is, if there is such a deal a week or two after the consoles launch, I can have my systems on day one and just wait for a deal. I could just buy one game day one and then wait to buy all of the other games I want when a deal goes live. However, if they won't be included in any such deals, I'd rather just get them day one.
What do you guys think? Do you think next gen games will not be included in any kind of sale like that for a while after launch, or not?
