PSN cards & paypal

I'm looking for an online store that sells $20 PSN cards and accepts paypal. Does anyone have any ideas?

If your PayPal account is verified you can create a Secure Card ("fake" credit card) to use on PSN.

Amazon sells them through target.

And since it's through Target it's not eligible for Free Shipping and they charge tax.
