JikiNova is very reliable, I actually saw the feedback and he says the code wasnt activated.

Should be easy to verify if the code gives an error message when redeeming, happened to me before too when I bought a psn code in a store that didnt activate it right

I sent him a refund and he then left negative feedback saying I didn't refund him. Let's stop talking about this though because I don't want the trading section to be filled with this. Just warning people to be cautious with selling codes to users.
 
well i checked both your feedbacks and you left him negative feedback first. you made it sound by your warning-post here in this thread that he stole a working code from you which doesnt seem to be the case? How can he have scammed you when you gave him a non-activated code? you should both have solved this in PMs...? :)

Once a credit card used, a CC chargeback is always possible

Chargeback and PayPal dispute are entirely different and should not be confused.

Chargebacks are NOT PayPal gift / gifted related, nor PP non-gift covers any CC chargebacks.

Because one decided by bank rules, one decided by PayPal rules.

It is also possible both CC chargeback and PP dispute occurs on same transaction.

( buyer complains to both bank and PayPal )

Make sure your buyer's PP account is verified so it is unlikely they use bank chargeback at their own, because PP ban/limit their usage and blacklist if they spam it.
