PSN Customers' information possibly stolen

Pretty depressing. When the Xbox 360 got hacked, this didn't happen. Thanks for the info, now I have to go change every password related to Sony, and cancel any cards I used with Sony.

I wonder if Sony could have used better security or hired white hat hackers to test their security before this even happened. Admittedly, this currently sounds like something that no one could have predicted. Sony also sucks in that they didn't report that our information could have been compromised sooner. They claim they didn't know, but we'll never know.

Although not as bad as a security breach, Sony has never publicly admitted to bandwidth throttling their PSN users; including their premium users. I have read some claims of poor customer support, and when compared to Xbox Live's user reporting Sony's is lacking; I should really try to verify this at some point, so it's a false attribution until then.
