I suggest anyone that did business with locoxx or IPACMAN that had their passwords changed after they paid for their resells to file a dispute with paypal..  I can't believe IPACMAN let him use his email address.  He uses his main/primary email as his paypal too to scam.. Obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer. 

u know what's ironic about locoxx? He's still on QJ doing gameshares.. He's accusing others of scamming if they ask to download first before payment. and asking for proof that they have the game to gameshare.. love it
