PSN issues?

I could log onto the PSN from my computer and I could surf the net from my PS3, but I could not log on from either of my PS3's. Reset some stuff....now I can log on, but cannot see anyone on my friends list.

Thus my question - is anyone else having PSN issues? If not I am going to chalk it up to Cox sucking since I have no other issues.
 
You know i am having the same issue a few moments ago, same thing happen first of all my friends list was on there then one by one shows up then now i can't even log into PSN. And i just bought a new router too.
 
Seems like from what i have read sources of facebook and playstation forum, whoever has ISP Cox and other company that is connected to it, has been affected by it. Probably mine is connected to cox since that ISP is not availiable here.
