Crunchewy, I have not forgotten about your beer request.  I struck out finding anything available in MD that would compare.  I have sent a message to a friend who lives in Columbia that I hope can help with a suggestion.

 
Count me in on the Spelunky challenge despite crunch not caring if I enter :( I guess put me in the expert column....although I'm probably an intermediate and sucked it up on the PS4 version.

If you don't know what Ghosting is, there is no way in hell you will successfully be able to pull it off. But basically when the ghost shows up after 2.5 minutes in the level, all the loose gems he crawls over turn into diamonds which are way more valuable.

So basically the super pros beat a level, get all the gems loose, wait for the ghost to show up, and then avoid him and walk him back and forth across the level to turn the gems into diamonds and collect them.

I cannot successfully ghost regularly and I consider myself pretty good at Spelunky.

Don't get me started on those big red soda machines. Supposedly they have "tons" of flavors but everything is constantly sold out and greyed out. It also tastes much worse than normal machines.

I can't stand those big red soda machines. They're awful. I really really hope they don't fully penetrate (lol) the market.

I love the cherry coke in them, since it's mixed as it comes out, and not just Cherry coke, but coke and cherry syrup... if that makes sense

after starting this whole thing in July and going through (I think) somewhere around a dozen interviews plus a trip to california and a handful of bugles hangouts with fancy managers I think I'm actually glad to be done. I'd rather the whole thing ended differently, but I reckon it just wasn't meant to be.

the process is soooo agonizingly long. the thing that's frustrating is that if it were up to the people I interviewed with and the hiring committee I would've been in. however there's an 'executive committee' made up of VPs that review all this stuff before making an offer and apparently for both jobs they gave the thumbs down, primarily because I've only worked in a smaller environment for the past 14 years (500-600 people, only a couple physical locations) and they didn't think I could hang with the enormity of bugles. while I'm sure I could, it's not a totally unreasonable concern.

so, disappointed but at peace. now to figure out what's next.

I think I'll rub the scalps of some hatsune miku vocaloids for trophies to cheer me up. they're always so damn happy.

Changed my trophy card background in celebration of the tournament and for pharmacrest's benefit in particular, so he has a big red nose to take out his frustrations on.

 
Does anyone's taco bell actually have that mountain dew sangrita blast?  All of mine have signs for it, but none of them actually have it.  I want to try it.

 
Not that this is going to happen, but just for arguments sake, if I won one of those Destiny PS4s and then had two PS4s, how would that work for download games? Is it like how on the 360 you can play your download games on a 2nd console as long as you are logged in? Or do you only have access to download games on the primary console?

Youd do like you need to do to gameshare. Youd make one your primary and log in to the other one as your account, both systems would have access to your stuff that way. The one system anyone could play digital stuff, the other only you can when logged in.

Yeah I don't get it. I bought a gaming console to play games. With a few exceptions the UI is good enough on the PS4 to launch a game which is about all I want to do. I don't want to watch TV or talk to the stupid thing. Not so sure even they do but they certainly put a lot of emphasis on how much improve the XBone UI is over the PS4. Sure it would be nice if it didn't take 15 mins to load my PSN messages but past that everything works well for me.

Ah, so like the 360. On 360 you could have other accounts play the games on the non-primary console if you connected a 2nd controller and logged me in on that controller, without actually playing on that controller. Any idea if that works on PS4?

I have to press one button on the control and another on my A/V receiver. It is horrible. I think I am going to pick up one of those XBox One $350 bundles. Oh wait they don't have Kinect.

Except posts made from Tapatalk don't show your signature for dumb reasons. That's why I read in Tapatalk and post via mobile web because I know you're all dying to know what two games I've most recently earned trophies for.

They've had it here for quite awhile. I enjoy it well enough, but prefer the Baja Blast. First time I got the Sangria though, my son accidentally pushed the root beer button right as I finished filling my cup. That did not taste so good mixed in.
