I don't know why those assholes would list the 'minimum' number of gigs needed but not the maximum. how am I supposed to plan for this???
 
Just realized I've finished 7 games this month. My goal was 4 per month to prepare for possibly buying a PS4 around Black Friday, so good progress on that front.

I haven't really been trophy hunting lately aside from the Liberation HD plat, but some of my recent games have easy trophies so even though the score value on the easy ones is low, my total has been building at a decent rate.

That said, I'm probably never gonna catch Bums.

In the last month you went up around 7k points. He went up almost 3k points. If that continued, you would most certainly catch him.

Bam TGBG 1st place diamond division. I'm just happy cuz this is our 4th Diamond Division win (had to progress bronze/silver/then 3 wins in gold to move into diamond) and now I have all the Gold/Black WarCry camo on my gun, helmet and body armor. Woot

DLC. I've bought all the Trials games' DLC though I don't have the season pass for Fusion yet. I bought CoD something or other super mega edition w/DLC once and I have absolutely no fucking idea why. Then I repeated my mistake with some other FPS. Halo 4 maybe? I bought the Resogun season pass because cheap and the game was free. Obviously I've bought a lot of DLC for Pinball Arcade. Some of the Zen Pinball equivalent on 360 before I realized it was all terrible. I think that's it not counting anything I might have gotten free.

Almost never, unless A) I love the game and want more (ie. Sound Shapes), B) It's super cheap and seems like something I might eventually used (example: I bought the Castle Crashers characters even though I may never play with them because they were a quarter each), or C) are Rock Band tracks (which I've spent too much on).

I've never understood the obsession with owning every piece of DLC, or holding out for a GOTY edition to a game you may never play just because you want a few extra costumes or whatnot.

I've beaten 9 this month so far (though admittedly most were pretty short).

 
Unfortunately there's not a lot of PS4 options so I can see that being a prime candidate for one of the two spots. If we're lucky there will still be another two PS4 games for free and Flower can count as a Vita game with cross buy across the three systems like Doki Doki Universe.

 
On the plus side, people who have been saying that Flower was going to go free for Plus every time it went on sale for the last 4 years can finally act like they knew what they were talking about.

yeah, i thought something was a little off about the whole situation. that's why i was surprised when you said(i think it was you) that the translation was out. i usually only check on the few i follow every other month, unless someone tells me otherwise. to me it sounds like square may have let him/the team know their plans early, or he took that tweet from one of the square accounts seriously. either way, it was a pretty crappy thing to do by him, and the team was right about it not being ready. i stopped playing it cause i had all kinds of freezing/glitches.

"Alright" is about as much praise as I'd give it. The idea is really cool and the game looks nice, but the combat is frustrating and pointless. Also the soundtrack is the same one or two songs repeated ad nauseum.

Yeah that's not douchey at all. Thanks for the heads up. If there are any other issues with the poll (or any other poll) feel free to let me know.

I also didn't really know what consoles constituted the 1st and 2nd generation.

 
Reason for the poll is that (as you can see) I think this last generation (PS3/360/Wii) will go down as the best console generation in my mind.  I want to see what everyone else thinks.

Yeah I eventually turned off the sound and the whole idea of being stuck to the wall and the way that works was unique. Agreed about the combat. Yeah this is not a game I would go out and recommend to anyone who doesn't already have it from plus, but it's another game scratched off the backlog.

Is Rock of Ages any good? It has been in the backlog for so long, I may just have to finally bite the bullet and start it. Next up though for the PlayStation 3 is God of War 1.
