And my Vita is very sporadic with auto downloads. At first it triggered right away when I'd kick them off at work and take care of bizness. But lately it will start, and then randomly pause in the middle of it for seemingly no good reason. But I've had more success then not-success, so who the fuck knows.

This has been "Pointless Self-contradicting Post." I hope to see everyone next time.

It's funny you mention "holding on" as we get older because that's how I often feel. Yea I have some friends and frat brothers who still play all the big releases, but they hardly venture beyond that. I'm the only person I know with a vita. Only person I know more excited for E3 than football. Probably have the most trophies, too, though I think that's a pretty narrow way to gauge someone's interest.

But yeah it's why I like it here and other forums. We can embrace the inner peter-pan. Unfortunately it attracts the handful of weirdos (no one here, of course)!

For real, I requested E3 off like I do every year with some friends. But I was sadly alone this year. Well except for my girlfriend pretending to be interested in the parts that got me excited. She's a trooper lol.
But yeah, maybe I've just treated my twenties like a DLC to my late teens. But gaming is a hobby, and old folks can have hobbies right?
 
So, crisis averted. Got the two online trophies for NCAA 12, which I can easily wrap in the next two days.

I had only played the original a little back in the day, but got 80% through the War of the Lions version until my first PSPGo system stopped working and it played fine. It's worth it to me since the port fills out the entire screen and has better load times than the PS1 version.

At this rate there is going to be nothing releasing during the holiday season.

I have fond Memories of finding a copy of Earthbound in the very back of a lower shelf in a Sears probably a year or a year and a half after it released. I am surprised they never did a DS or 3DS port of Earthbound or any of the other Mother games in NA.

I'm hoping whoever picked doctor actually comes out and says it. Right now I'm guessing it's Stotch and Snakey fucking up the polls.

I'll mention that I'm one of the 3 masters degrees that have chose that so far. I'm actually surprised that there are only 5 graduate degrees vs. 17 bachelors so far.

I'mma try and stream my whole playthrough of Fez here in the next week or so (not at once but over the course of a few days).  I beat it once so it should go moderately quickly for me.  Plus I can bitch about it.

I had always planned to go straight to graduate school. When I got my undergraduate degree the choices were accepting a very good job offer or get about 50k in debt to get a graduate degree which would likely only mean 5k more per year to start.

That made it an easy decision to skip it at the time. Then laziness meant I did not bother going back to school to get a grad degree even with work willing to pay for it at that point.

I would have done the same as you in that position. I got my undergrad in 2009 and the job market was pretty shitty. I had actually lost my job at a small credit union as well, so I just decided to get my MBA right away and just take a part time job.
