And this thread is not having a female actress mascot.  Like I said, fantasizing about celebrities is OK for junior high kids but gets kind of weird when you're an adult.

AND if by some crazy means I decided to change my mind, Jennifer Lawrence would be last on the list.  Not because she isn't pretty (she is) but because every white-knight neckbeard across the internet has already dubbed her their queen.  At the very least we have to be original.

I caught a little bit of this earlier. You seem to have some pent-up frustration. Lol, I was going to troll you but decided against it.

I now see why we disagree on the shotgun being overpowered since that's your go-to. Instakllls abound ...while I'm averaging 2-3 secs for my kills. Shame. Really hope they nerf that shit but at this point probably not. 2 shots (1 for shield, other for health) at least, hell.

I agree it's weird we can't capture other players' mics. Wonder why that is. I've been In some hilarious CoD matches only to have it record me laughing and talking shit to myself.

And I had no idea we could summon that bike in MP. Unless I was just seeing things. I've never seen anyone do that.

I like Chris Pratt but I just don't see "superhero". Then again none of those characters really evoke that. I mean, a raccoon? Really? From what I'm gathering it's more of a comedy so I may just be looking at it the wrong way. I was wrong about Iron Man so it's possible.

But then I thought about your choices there and realized that those are women that some guy told you were hot like 15 years ago and you haven't kept up with the subject matter.

I'm competitive to a fault. I do get a little frustrated if I'm off. Troll away next time, I had no idea anyone was even watching.

I find myself talking to my teammates even though I know they can't hear me. I'll say something and then be like "shut up wren".

If I can get close to someone I'm definitely using my shotgun/melee combo; it just makes sense to go with what works the best. If they nerf it then so be it, but I still feel like the map helps to counter it. If you're paying attention it's hard for someone to get the drop on you. Here, watch this. Last match of the day... auto rifle kills abound.

edit: hmm... quality seems to have dipped again on this one. gets a little blocky at times.

for the record, I have a neckbeard, although my actual beard covers it along with the bulk (all?) of my neck so I won't get lumped in with those heathens. I don't think I've trimmed my beard since October and I haven't used a razor since 2008. eat it, nerds.

When you stream/record you don't pick up other people's mics? Really it kind of makes sense, because that would be be like recording a phone call without letting others know. What they should do is let people opt-in to being recorded, but I'm not sure how that would work.

What about multiple players playing local MP? Like I was thinking of streaming some of me and my boys playing Towerfall. I'd need to pick up some extra earbud mics so we can each have one. But if it will only stream my voice anyway that would kind of suck. I guess there is the PS4 Camera mic as that would pick up all of us. Can you use only the mic on that, or is it a package deal, and you get video too?

I am not sure how to answer the poll. There's plenty of games I have that I have not finished and I might finish some day or I might never get back to them. Like Outland. Really enjoyed it, but I moved on. Maybe I go back and finish it. Maybe not. Those don't really seem like backlog. I guess the only things I'd consider backlog are games I want to play but have yet to get to at all. Like Batman Arkham Asylum. I suppose I could count those up.

If you have a decent facebeard then it's a little bit more normal to have hair on your neck, but I still don't know why you wouldn't just shave it. Except that in inexplicable amount of people in this thread have out of control hippie beards for some reason. But if all you can grow is neck hair, that's when it's a neckbeard.

I just have a regular beard. I keep it well trimmed and neat. My dad is fucking nuts and only trims his down ever 2-3 years. Actually that picture I posted of him at that wedding was right after he got it trimmed. My beard is less than half an inch all the way around. My neck has no hair because I'm not a fucking weirdo with a neck beard.

Also I have a goatee which I trim to 3mm every week or so. The rest of the face is shaved. The goatee is mostly because no hair on the face makes me look really young and it's weird.

Actually my wife has never seen me clean-shaven. It's been at least a couple of years since I went bare.

 
yeah that trophy guide for ys celceta is a joke. There are missable trophies but if you miss in your 1st playthrough just get them in your 2nd. Also open all the treasure chests, and some that are rare, but good luck finding them. wtf?

anytime i clean shave my face my wife thinks im about to go hook up with some young chic. When my beard is shaved I look way too young. It works out better to just get all scruffy.

i'm doing much better about purchasing. i just have to catch up from the last 1-2 years of barely playing anything. after not beating a game for almost a month, i've knocked out 5 in the last week. granted, most were smaller psn games, but it's still a win in my book. the old me would have added pretty much every hero game on sale this week that i didn't own, and so far i haven't added any. might change after i trade in a couple games for a psn card later though.

Goatee only here as well. Mainly because I can't grow a decent-looking beard.

 
I shave but inconsistently. I hate having a beard, but I also hate shaving. I'm always in such a rush to get out the door in the morning that I usually don't shave. But then about halfway through the week it feels awful and then I shave and it feels great to finally not have face hair. Repeat.

 
on the beard topic. i let mine get a little messy, but i don't let it grow out too far. i have a comb on my razor that goes to a 16 setting, and i usually keep it on 8. trim it about once a week. full on beard, but i keep most of my neck clean.

I have a decent beard going right now, but trimming it later today. I used to always be clean shaven, since as an athlete, that is basically an unspoken rule. Met the gf, she asked that I stick with the beard instead of being clean shaven. First day back and coaches were like "What the fuck is on?' 

 
I'm probably over the 100 category, luckily there are a lot of short PSN games in that list. I should probably also remove the Steam tab from my list since PC gaming is dead to me.

I played some more Trine 2 last night over MGS4. I just wanted to veg after band practice and wasn't up for watching too many cutscenes, figured I'd fall asleep. Trine is a weird game. Its' so nice to just look at it sometimes. I forgot the skills were accessed by hitting the touchpad part of the controller. I couldn't understand why it was so hard to get past one part and then I realized the wizard could have 2 objects and create planks. Lol. Good times. I think it was worse because I kept hitting options and looking for upgrades, thinking I could have sworn there were upgrades in this game.

Trine 2 is cool and dandy, until you're playing with asshole friends who set it to hard with hardcore on. One hour to pass a level if you're lucky? fuck that. *deletes game*
