Just wanted to thank the following Bioshock 2 players for helping with the trophies: Simmias, ProfessorStotch, Laundrymatt, Velo (& family), TheCro, TopsideKracker and RPG.
Bums, you going for 50? I'm a sliver away from 37, still need 40. But I think I'll go for 50. Just need to know how many people to look for. I think that Rune guy will boost with us too, he's still low I think. So, three more if you're in.

Man, was 15 minutes too late to get in on that crazy Xbox flip this morning. Had to go back to GS to return the systems and realized I forgot the AV cord at BBY (they used it to test it). Was way over driving around by then so I just bought a replacement. Bummer, but I had to try.

Kinda bummed nobody ever made a cheesy Bayonetta porno.
Gayonetta? Not my cup of tea, but its not my place to judge.

My bad, you weren't on the sheet lol. Me, you, Bums....I'm not sure if Velo is done or not. I also have no idea who those last three names are. And I think CrazyDiamond has crazy hours that usually don't jive too well, but maybe we could work something out. Edit: He's free on Sunday's, so maybe we could do something next Sunday. Need to try for at least 2 sessions a week though, so it doesn't take forever.

No? I liked both 2 and Mercenary. Was kind of looking forward to 3. :)

Haven't played 1 but from what I read it hasn't aged well, even with the HD port. Since the MC isn't the same it didn't feel worth picking it up.
No, the first one has not aged well but it's still my favorite of the series. It has glaring flaws, but it feels.... grittier? Not sure what word I'm looking for here. There wasn't any bell and whistles.... no over the top musical score or flashy hud... just you in a war-torn environment kicking some ass. Something about that just felt right and I wish they would have focused more on the gameplay and mechanics instead of messing with the feel of the game.

I enjoyed the second one. The third one was alright but felt too much like a shitty summer blockbuster. Way too much Hollywood for me. Shadow Fall toned back the Michael Bay bullshit but just seemed to drag on forever and had too much stealth for my taste.

Really kicking myself for not buying Mercenary when it was on sale for $9. I didn't have a vita at the time but I knew I wanted to get one; just didn't know what kind of time frame I was looking at.

Do you guys ever play at night...I get home at 11 est and can play for however long every night.

Well like I said. My life returns to normal tomorrow. And you know my gaming hours kinda. I'm usually online anywhere from 5pm-2am central. Weekends I'm free all day.

I'm on late sometimes, but I do good staying awake playing normally so I'd give no guarantee of not falling asleep during boosting. It's kind of boring sometimes. Not sure if others would play that late though.

Yeah I was thinking of trying to do something during the week like 6-9 or 7-10, two or three hours of good boosting. Then a session on a Saturday or Sunday for same amount of time. Longer if everyone agrees, but 2-3 hours at a time is great. And maybe more than once during the week depending on everyone's stance/availability.

Mercenary is really good, but doesn't feel at all like Killzone 2, just to give you a heads-up. KZ2 is definitely a battlefield scenario FPS. Mercenary is much smaller in scale, there's very little chaos going on to obscure vision, etc.. There are bonuses for stealth and you can actually play quite a bit in stealth mode, but it feels good. The controls are a lot tighter and the interraction element of the touchscreen is very solid IMO. I beat the campaign and played just a bit of MP and am at 30%. I'm thinking about going back for more.

Yeah I'm going to go for level 50. We should keep boosting this week and any CAGs should join if interested.

Okay I just started Uncharted and I'm actually pleasantly surprised by the graphics. They're very solid especially for the first iteration and being 7 years old. Texture quality isn't that high but everything looks really smooth aside from edges that could benefit from AA. The edge issues actually stand out a bit more due to the graphics otherwise. Still looks really good overall, though. I was expecting something more along the lines of Infamous as far as the quality goes. The sound jumps out pleasantly right away as well. The only thing I'm not liking so far is that I'm not seeing immediately how to tell where an enemy is at.

I played the first uncharted a couple of months ago, I was pleasantly surprised as well. I'm hoping the others in the series are as good too :)

If y'all ever need me to host at TT I can. I've hosted a good amount of sessions before. Normally I would have a ton of people I would call in to help if we needed but all my friends and hardcore trophy/achievement friends are on 360. I've pretty much been a lone wolf on psn.

I'm glad I waited to send my trades to Amazon. Rechecked the values and several of the things I was sending went up a couple bucks here and there.

Side note, I just listed Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory on Amazon for $21+3.99 shipping. If a CAG here is interested, I'll let it go for $19, shipped.

Does it come with the case and manual tho?

Would it be better if you hosted than me? I already did it, but if we would get more people if you do it, I'm game for that lol.

So far I'm liking the exploration in Uncharted a lot more than what Tomb Raider ended up being. It's nice to wander around a big abandoned place and makes it feel more like ruins as opposed to gun-toting victims being around every corner so that you can kill them. Combat is good, too, but I'm hoping it's better balanced than TR2013.

They are..UC2 was easily the peak for me, but I played them as they launched. I don't know if it will come across exactly the same for someone playing them all after the fact. For example, if I recall correctly, Tyler enjoyed the third the most, which is probably my least favorite.

I'm glad too. My wife is going to freak when I tell her.

It has been awhile since I have played UC1, but I seriously doubt the combat will be more varied. TR just has too many development advantages, being 6 years its junior. What you're getting in UC1 at the start isn't going to change up much.

Is she really rooting for me to get a PS4 or something? If so, she should send me some money as a donation.
I think we are all rooting for you to stop playing those weird crappy RPG/robot dating sims/farming/animal breeding games on the PS3. If getting a PS4 is the help you need, then so be it.

I don't think you at all understood my post.

I know, I know. I need to only play things where you can shoot other people in the face.

So I just initiated another pending trade to Amazon. This time it includes my PS3 stereo headset that's trading in for $29 in "good" condition. $88 total and I'm getting rid of a few weird crappy RPG/robot dating sims/farming/animal breeding games.

Don't mess with Yanksfan today,
the Yankees lost two in a row to the Jays.At least they are heading to Arlington tomorrow to beat up on the Rangers.

lollipop chainsaw - keep or sell?
This was asked recently I think, though I don't remember the response. I haven't played it yet despite owning it. Definitely a keeper though, I'd like to think. I mean....cheerleaders killing zombies with chainsaws? And a trophy for looking up their skirts? I'm keeping mine.

Ok in sure the game is fun and all but why the hell did they make Wayne look like some roid head? Looks really dumb

forgot to say I started arkham origins

I think the game takes 2 playthroughs to plat, but I was happy to do so.

Yeah, I asked earlier today or yesterday, forget which.

Also I just realized I have Castle Crashers on PS3. I was thinking I had it on Steam. I'm up for playing for whatever that plan was. I haven't even started on the game yet, though--not sure if I need to level up a character first or something.

So who here is picking up TLOU Remastered, diving into the MP, and not on my friend list yet? Lets remedy that right now so we're prepared for some circle shiving.

PSN = aPAWNinGAMES

I have no idea, rpg was wanting to play. I haven't ever played it. Not even sure what he was wanting or needing to be done.

Is Tyler dead?
Possibly in Mormon jail for playing so many shitty games recently.

What the fuck dude, did you buy these games in America? Play something halfway good, I'd be glad to help you get rid of them.
