Well somebody major is going to be missing from the 3rd game in the 4th game. I guess it just depends on whether or not you care about the stuff that happens outside of the animus.

There are supposedly 67 or 68 in the historic district. So you look to be missing 1 or 2 on the other islands. Assuming that info is correct.

I hope you have a better time of tracking down the 1 or 2 you are missing. The last 1 was a PIA for me.

 
Just finished off the plat on Lego Movie game and I do believe it's the best of the Lego games. My favorite at least.

More importantly, I've opened up a nearly 4K lead on Backlog and nearly 5K lead on Laundry on the TT board. I think I was behind both of them a week or two ago.

YBX cutscenes are skippable on the last of us ps3 and ps4. Just pause and hit skip cutscene.

Those movie ticket prices you guys mentioned are insane. Its $4 over here per ticket to a regular showing. 3D is like $6-$8. I always pay $8 to see a movie with my girl. We both dont like 3D all that much. All the ones Ive seen in 3D there was hardly any difference.

I know cro mentioned a character missing but I say skip 3. I hated it. 4 is much better.
 
$6 discount tuesday. $8.50 matinee. $11.50 regular tickets ($3 3D fee, $8 DBOX fee) and I believe IMAX is $18, but probably went up since the last time I went (Last movie I saw was Oblivion.)

Watch the story stuff on Youtube or read about it on the Wiki (or not, it was never that interesting).

I keep meaning to skip a game but I usually pick them up on the cheap only to get bored about three quarters of the way through. So in theory I should skip Unity but I'll probably end up with it at some point. That series needs a serious re-working but it doesn't seem possible with the way they churn them out in only a couple years using multiple studios.

PS: $15 general admission. $12.50 matinees (before 2 on weekends). I'll try to see Guardians when they do $7 Tuesdays. I was meaning to see Edge of Tomorrow but kept putting it off. Probably better off as a home rental, anyways.

Where the fuck do you live? Utah? Even the cheapo, no 3D theater around here is like $9-10.

I leapfrogged Matt a couple days ago, but we've got some work to do to catch up with you. I'm hoping to have the Dante's Inferno plat tonight if all goes according to plan. Its not worth a ton of points but it'll help my case a bit.
 
There's a theater somewhat close to me that plays 1st run new releases on the cheap because the screens aren't mega huge, but they get the job done. $5 before 6pm or $7 after for all shows. No 3D, which is fine by me.
 
LoL, $8-$10 for a 3D ticket?! Regular tickets aren't even that inexpensive here. Where the heck do people live?! I'm jealous.

PS4 currently on sale for $349 at Sam's! Wal-Mart accepts game trade-ins, btw, and I believe that credit can be used at Sam's. Just an option for those searching.
 
Man, NG+ in Rogue Legacy is no joke--the forest boss is ridiculous now because the small enemies he endlessly spawns are the upgraded versions that appear in The Maya and The Land of Darkness. :???:

I played, enjoyed and beat 1. Played some of 2 on multiple occasions but never got very far. Skipped the rest and wasn't really interested in 4 (and not interested in Unity). It was one of the PS4 launch titles I could find at Target as part of their buy 2 get 1 free promotion. I also had a 30% off one game coupon). Got 3 launch games for just under $90 IRC. I was semi interested in the pirate theme. Took me weeks to actually try the game. I was hooked. I loved the sea based missions and sailing around sinking ships.

The land based stuff was still a bit janky (running up a wall) but not as bad as 2 was. Anytime I got annoyed with the land based part of the game I would go to sea and explore and sink ships. I sold it but can see picking it up digitally if there was a good enough sale.

It is a lot of fun but without the sea based game play I wouldn't have even come close to finishing or enjoying the game.

I do care, otherwise I would have no problem skipping it. I already heard who is missing, but I don't know how it occurs and I want to see it for myself. I think I will play it again, despite knowing I am much better off just skipping it altogether. I am glad to hear from most though that ACIV is an improvement.

The way Desmond's story was treated in 3 was an unfunny joke. I can't in good conscience go back to the series.

Did you download all the patches? If you did, I think that gives you the option to install the game to the hard drive which cuts down on those load times. I don't think the game forces you to install though. So check out the Options/Settings and see if you have an option that says "Install Game" or something like that.

Also, I can't find this damn data pack in Arkham Origins. I guess I'ma have to resort to a guide.

yeah tonite seems like it might be like that friends episode where ross has a 3sum and isnt involved at all. lol...kinda

im gonna try to avoid much facetime and just play some gtaV or bioshock2 or cod ghosts, unless im needed, which is probly for the best

2 trophies away from the Dante's Inferno plat. Pretty nasty thunderstorm popped up so I'm having to wait it out before I can finish it off. :oldman:
