I know, right?I thought it was a compliment. He's basically saying on the entire internet, you are the best at being a douche. I try for that title every god damn day and you barely put an effort in to take it. Greatest all around douche of all time.
Asshole.
That's exactly what I did since those are more expensive and everything rises in cost with each purchase. It's possible to beat the giant eyeball (Khidr) without taking a single hit, though it requires good reflexes and staying on the ground (i.e., not on one of the platforms) before he starts an attack since it's easier to dodge stuff from there.I still haven't beaten the giant eyeball. Haven't really even gotten close. I think I'm only like level 26 or something. I've been putting money into unlocking characters and such, and I guess that means I'm not leveling up.
ing Vag.
How long have you been a Sony guy? Are you like Simmias and Stellar where you're fairly new to the Sony world but have a ton of gaming time and ridiculously good at getting trophies?
The last 360 game I played was FC3: Blood Dragon in May 2013. I'm not really sure why, but I just haven't felt like turning on my 360 since then. I've liked Sony since the PS1 days, so I guess that means I'm more of a Sony guy.I probably have as much gaming time as you. I just prioritize how i use my gaming time. And Vag doesn't have too much done in the 360 world I believe. I thought he was always a Sony guy.
Plat trophy or no buy.Stolen from the other thread.
Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, today announced Resident Evil for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. Resident Evil will be available to purchase digitally across North America and Europe in Early 2015.
The hugely popular Resident Evil series, having sold over 61 million units to date, returns to its roots with a remastered version of the critically acclaimed masterpiece, Resident Evil. Originally released in 1996, Resident Evil was then “remade” in 2002 from the ground up with new visuals, gameplay elements, environments and story details while retaining the survival horror atmosphere the series had become synonymous for. Both fans of the franchise who want a trip down memory lane and those who have yet to experience the game that coined the term survival horror for the gaming world will appreciate this definitive re-visit of that iconic 2002 Resident Evil title.
Using the latest resolution enhancement and 3D model technology, game resolutions and textures have been significantly upgraded, including 1080p support on next-gen consoles, resulting in characters and backgrounds coming to life in greater detail than ever seen before in Resident Evil. Not only will the graphics impress but the tense sound effects have been fully remastered with 5.1 surround support for a greater gaming atmosphere. Players are now able to choose not only between experiencing the terror at the classic 4:3 ratio or a stunning 16:9 widescreen mode but also the type of control scheme they play with. The classic control scheme remains for fans of the original play style or there’s an alternative scheme where the character moves directly in the direction of the analogue stick, utilizing the standards of the current generation of gaming. Both the control scheme and the display options can be toggled between at any time during gameplay.
jesus capcom just let it go already. that first game sucks with a passion. you can't just keep rereleasing the same resident evil game every single generation unless it's resident evil 2 or 4.Stolen from the other thread.

If only we could get a Remastered RE4 and Metal Gear Solid, I'd be happy.jesus capcom just let it go already. that first game sucks with a passion. you can't just keep rereleasing the same resident evil game every single generation unless it's resident evil 2 or 4.
although I would totally play re5 on ps4. or operation raccoon city. just not that first one dammit!
no way dude, I've never seen as much disingenuous spreadsheet mentions as I did yesterday. I thought it would bring us together, unified as one in a flowing, shining conversation of spreadsheetosity. but in the end it amounted to nothing more than sycophantic 'like' pandering. Why has nobody mentioned Stotch got burned by Groupon? Golds for 39.99 is a no brainer.
When does the store, I mean "spreadsheet" update? *Looks in pete's direction*
Murder and fire or likes, pete. A decision has to be made.no way dude, I've never seen as much disingenuous spreadsheet mentions as I did yesterday. assholes.
If only we could get a Remastered RE4 and Metal Gear Solid, I'd be happy.
Sacred ($)3(0)Ok so Sacred 3 is alright but it ain't worth no $50, more like 20 or 30 at most.
I'd rather than get a sure thing than a maybe on this Tiger Direct rebate. They're an awful, awful company. Why has nobody mentioned Stotch got burned by Groupon? Golds for 39.99 is a no brainer.
When does the store, I mean "spreadsheet" update? *Looks in pete's direction*
Every time I hear Tiger Direct I think of the old hand held games. Is this the same company?I'd rather than get a sure thing than a maybe on this Tiger Direct rebate. They're an awful, awful company.
roguelikes are a dime a dozen now. that means that there will probably be more crap that gold. at least no one will have to pay to find out out the review is accurateRoad Not Taken review: http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/08/05/road-not-taken-review
Cause for concern?
If we're indeed playing as a Templar for the entire game, I'm not quite sure how I feel about that.Assassin's Creed: Rogue (previously Comet) coming to last-gen (PS3/360) with a Nov. 11 release date: http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/08/05/assassins-creed-rogue-trailer-leaks-revealing-release-date
Time is a currency, pete. And you better answer with a pic or gif.roguelikes are a dime a dozen now. that means that there will probably be more crap that gold. at least no one will have to pay to find out out the review is accurate
Well, it is called Rogue, so maybe we play an ex-Templar?If we're indeed playing as a Templar for the entire game, I'm not quite sure how I feel about that.k
I got an email saying you're Golds shipped, Stotch. Wait for it... No.I'd rather than get a sure thing than a maybe on this Tiger Direct rebate. They're an awful, awful company.
Or a Templar that defects to the Assassins. If we're indeed playing as a Templar for the entire game, I'm not quite sure how I feel about that.k
Or you die, use another character until you finish the story?Well, it is called Rogue, so maybe we play an ex-Templar?
Well, it is called Rogue, so maybe we play an ex-Templar?
That makes sense.Or a Templar that defects to the Assassins.
Yeah, no spoilering that shit.
I hate that I probably won't play this. it'll be the only console release I've missed (I guess I didn't play the psp ones either), but I really doubt I'm going to pop back to my ps3 in mid-2015 to play a side story assassin's creed game.Assassin's Creed: Rogue (previously Comet) coming to last-gen (PS3/360) with a Nov. 11 release date: http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/08/05/assassins-creed-rogue-trailer-leaks-revealing-release-date
It releases a week or so after Unity, so... You mean until you get to it?I hate that I probably won't play this. it'll be the only console release I've missed (I guess I didn't play the psp ones either), but I really doubt I'm going to pop back to my ps3 in mid-2015 to play a side story assassin's creed game.
I really don't know if I'll get to play it either. I'm trying to wait until I get a PS4 to play AC IV, so as of this November there'll be 3 AC games I don't even own yet.I hate that I probably won't play this. it'll be the only console release I've missed (I guess I didn't play the psp ones either), but I really doubt I'm going to pop back to my ps3 in mid-2015 to play a side story assassin's creed game.
(mid 2015 because in november I'll be playing unity on ps4)
edited a little late - it'll take me until about new year's to finish unity up unless they've drastically reduced the extra crap to do quotient. by about may/june of 2015 rogue will have hit the $20 spot so I'll be tempted to buy it, but I don't know that I will.It releases a week or so after Unity, so... You mean until you get to it?
it is basically an updated assain creed 4, so if you have not played assin creed 4 yet. i would hold off , and just get rogue insteadAssassin's Creed: Rogue (previously Comet) coming to last-gen (PS3/360) with a Nov. 11 release date: http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/08/05/assassins-creed-rogue-trailer-leaks-revealing-release-date
Those things were my jam. Especially the Castlevania and Pinball ones.Every time I hear Tiger Direct I think of the old hand held games. Is this the same company?

I had a baseball and a basketball one. The basketball one got much use on forced shopping trips, but the baseball one sucked. Those things were my jam. Especially the Castlevania and Pinball ones.
But if I have AC IV on PS4...?it is basically an updated assain creed 4, so if you have not played assin creed 4 yet. i would hold off , and just get rogue instead
#TitsapoppinThose things were my jam. Especially the Castlevania and Pinball ones.
Two weeks apart--Oct. 28 (Unity) vs. Nov. 11 (Rogue). It releases a week or so after Unity, so... You mean until you get to it?
just played that, and skip rogue all together. and get unityBut if I have AC IV on PS4...?k
Yeah, I think that's what I'll do.just played that, and skip rogue all together. and get unity
Yes, you should. I love Brotherhood. It's pretty darn close to being my favorite, right up there with AC 2.Yeah, I think that's what I'll do.
But I should probably finish Brotherhood first.![]()
Are game-carrying libraries a common occurrence? My library has nothing of the sort.So apparently my local library has thrown their "only add M-rated games to the catalog if they receive stellar reviews [their words, not mine]" policy out the window because they now carry Sniper Elite III and XBlaze Code: Embryo for some reason.
I don't think so. It blew my mind when I first discovered that county library system years ago, as I used to work part-time in a different county's library for years and never heard of ones that carried games. Are game-carrying libraries a common occurrence? My library has nothing of the sort.
It appears to be common in many areas of the country. I do not know of anywhere in the state that does it though. Are game-carrying libraries a common occurrence? My library has nothing of the sort.
i guess it saves you money, since you wanted xblade code embryo from bestbuy. lolSo apparently my local library has thrown their "only add M-rated games to the catalog if they receive stellar reviews [their words, not mine]" policy out the window because they now carry Sniper Elite III and XBlaze Code: Embryo for some reason.
nope, it is not normalAre game-carrying libraries a common occurrence? My library has nothing of the sort.
do you live in one of those Bible Belt?I don't think so. It blew my mind when I first discovered that county library system years ago, as I used to work part-time in a different county's library for years and never heard of ones that carried games.
No Batman. Takes place while Bruce Wayne was a child. Tells the story of Commissioner Gordon.gotham is a tv show on fox? will the batman be on it?
somehow a miracle happened today and youtube is unblocked at work so I'm watching bluemaxima's vita videos for everthing I haven't played yet (a measly 20 games out of 64 that I own). that dude has recorded every vita game ever I think, it's great.
