anyone have this Call of Juarez Cartel game. Seems like some quick easy mp trophies, only 4 really, if anyone wants to get them today before they turn off the servers tomorrow.

also beat the Labyrinth of Chaos last night. My wizard is even more op, but im not even gonna mess with Ultimate/Tower of Mirages...

 
I dont know why people didnt like the banter so far today.  I thought it was pretty good.  It takes up some of my shitty work day at least.

A guy sent me a message on PS3T today asking about my NCAA 14 plat because apparently EA pulled all the MUT items in that game. I hope that doesn't happen on that version of Madden as well or you may be SOL.

That's fine. Yeah, make sure you have at least half an hour free as it's a lot of stuff to transfer back and forth between worlds. I don't plan on deleting it off my vita anytime soon so just hit me whenever.

Usually Madden goes offline around the end oF August after 2 years. Haven't seen any official notice but it runs fine now.

Naw, Gator. they pulled it because of the NCAA lawsuits.. I just got the MAdden 12 MUT trophies from scratch. they won't take it down till the servers go.

As for Madden 25, you can't boost MUT as they added the dumbest feature ever in that you don't see who your opponent is until you are actually in the game. Assuming you guys are talking about the qualify for playoffs, bye week, and superbowl trophy? I got 1000 on madden 13 on Xbox, and only add the legacy score ones on Madden 25 on xbox as well. Quit on Madden for PS4 when I kept losing right before the bye

I've found the same thing to be very VERY annoying. I think it happens when I'm mashing the attack button. If you want to turn and then attack, let off the gas a little and you will find it works a lot better.

I just bought Madden 13 and should have it by next week if you want to try and boost at some point.

I completely forgot 13 didn't require the superbowl in MUT... another Madden game to add to the plats!

Yeah, I noticed this. The timing is a bit odd, though. You can seem to have finished one attack and hit back and it doesn't always turn you around immediately. Haven't gotten it down just yet.

BTW I died against Ponce when he had one hit left. Would have beaten him for the first time and been ready to move on to The Darkness. :wall:

 
Also...cross-save is really, really annoying when there's a system update available. I didn't want to update over my lunch (just started the process now) but damn if it doesn't ask you 20 times in an hour to update when cross-save is attempting to run.

He's the hardest boss IMO; even his Remix form is harder than the others.

I usually have Flight Mode on to conserve power when I don't need Wi-Fi, and after the initial start-up prompt that Cross-Save won't work while Flight Mode is on, that's it.

Really? That was my third or so time facing him. He seemed pretty simple once I figured out the pattern. I just managed to get stuck in a corner right at the end and couldn't get away in time.

I think if I went in with a giant Hokage I'd toast him pretty easily now. We'll see tomorrow, I suppose.

HAHA... yea Man, we can honestly just play and get maybe 50 points a game if we don't have any problems or more... Just realized the true trophy score is great!!!! We can also help eachother out on MUT... as we get better cards do trades and such to bring the roster to the 85 overall.

I'd say a tiny Hokage would be better (which is what I was when I beat him for the first time) so you can more easily avoid the spike-balls and flame-spheres he leaves behind him; on the other hand, you'll obviously have to contend with shorter reach.

I only say he's hardest because his setup is the most random of the four since you can't always predict where the spike-balls will be relative to you running from Ponce. If you attempt his Remix form, you should see why he's the hardest of those. Whereas the other Remix bosses took me anywhere from 5-10 tries on average, Ponce's Remix took me 20+ tries.

@trophies - people take this stuff way too serious. I don't care either, if someone wants to spend 5 hours going "who nxt?" "you done?" That's their business. Collecting trophies is a game outside of the game, and most gamers have an ocd with completion. I'm not gonna edit my saves. if I can teabag a wall for 5 minutes to fall through the map and unlock 10 trophies, I'll probably do it. I don't play games to get frustrated, I have my life for that. If something makes it easier to make that % go higher, I might try it. It also depends on the game. I'm only about 3 hours into rogue, but I don't even think the save trick would help me. Like others have said, the trophy system really needs some fine tuning, but I don't think they really care about it now that it's in place.

Eh, I've been using computers since before you were born. When I was a kid we were playing games on computers at the community college. There was this one where you skied past trees and such. There was no screen on these things. It was endless streams of paper being wasted. LOL.
