Just beat the Infinite boss in RL, so got that trophy, then went to the last boss and got the Bibliophile trophy. Just wanted to point out that that trophy isn't for reading all 25 journals, it's for reading journal #25 specifically. I'm not sure if that journal is always in front of the last boss (I suspect it is) but it feels more like a trophy for beating all 4 bosses than anything else, since you don't have to read all of them, just that one.

Also it took me a while to realize it, but you can teleport to doors just to use the health/mana each one has. Not sure why that didn't occur to me for such a long time, especially when using Architect. I used that approach to cheese The Darkness; I'd clear a few rooms, teleport somewhere with health/mana to refill, repeat. Worked pretty well.

Should be able to beat the boss over lunch tomorrow, assuming I don't fire it up from home tonight just to do that. Probably going to quit after that at least for a while, though. I've been playing RL pretty much every day for a couple of weeks now. Usually only an hour or so a day, but it feels like it's been forever.

And it wasn't reposted here for those of us who weren't in that chat? :shame:

Did Darrell Gallagher of Crystal Dynamics all that crap too? If he really thinks that little of his customers maybe we should wise up and not buy his games. Or is this some kind of parody?
SE's statement was arguably worse. To sum it up: But never fear, Playstation- only guys! You can still play Temple of Osiris!

I guess I gotta sign up for an account on twitch.  I have only been able to watch one stream of Tyler's and I remember Gator mentioned I needed an account to post comments.  At the time I thought "fuck that" I have too many accounts to things and I was never going to stream myself.  But PS4 streaming is easier right?  Can you stream straight from your PS4 with twitch?

Once you have your account setup and all, it's pretty straightforward. Just hit the share button, then broadcast, and it's live.

lol Wombat posted that Xboner hasn't had a game released in a month and a half.  Jesus is that correct?

I understand the "indiestation 4" comments but indies still beat "nothing".

I'll have the house to myself Thurs-Sat. I get home by 1015 central for anyone who wants to play some games/get some trophies with me. I think I've mentioned playing these with people here:
Madden13, Bioshock2, AC Brotherhood, NFS HP, Black Ops, BL2, NBA jam

I gotta say I'm not a fan of DLC announcements before a game even releases.
On one hand, it's discouraging, but on the other hand, at least they are being transparent and upfront about their shameless cash grab. I guess it comes down to whether your prefer your knife in the chest or in the back.

I have never understood the hatred for any DLC, day 1 or otherwise.  If you dont like the amount of content in a game or dont think you will like the amount of content in it, dont fuck ing buy it.

Hey Owl, if I didn't like Hitman 2 a whole lot, should I just skip Contracts and go straight to Blood Money?

Blood Money is the best, so you might as well. Contracts is basically a wrap around story for 47 to tell flashback stories about various missions he has been on and then you play them, some of which are redone Hitman 1 missions. Contracts has more in common with Blood Money than Hitman 2 so if you end up liking Blood Money you can give Contracts a try after.
