I thought the story was pretty lame throughout, and I enjoyed previous ones for what they were. The gameplay stays the same, I guess. There are just long stretches of uninteresting parts sprinkled in, too (zero G, run while stuff blows up, walk and listen to exposition). And you ended up playing in a lot of dark, uninteresting environments as the game went on (at least how I remember it). Sounds like you are probably half way through and aren't too down on it, so you probably just enjoy it more than I did.

Yeah its just a regular FPS. I probably like it slightly more than normal since its on a new console. #honeymoon

These signatures are annoying, though. Take up too much goddamn space and some people have animated gifs in them. Likely going to switch 'em off again but I'll let it ride for a little while at least.

Just really need the points trophies for online play in Madden... then the long grind of the legacy scores begin.  Only was able to get 10 points in my first game, guy was pretty good, had an early 10-0 lead, then just lost it...  :wall:

Some games I get hooked on, like Spelunky and Pinball Arcade. Mostly it's the shorter games and especially high score games that hook me. I have enjoyed what I played of Infamous well enough, but it didn't hook me. I do mean to go back to it, but it hasn't happened yet.

 
I'm pretty much all the way disappointed with infamous. for some reason I expected the alternate karma run to play out differently, but it's the same game entirely. I know on the evil run there's one event that ends a bit differently, but really there's no variation at all. much disappoint. now I just want to get it over with and move on, it's just taking foooorrrreeeeevvvveeerrrrrrrrrrrrr.

You get used to it. I always just find the edge of the touchpad and move over a bit. Or put your finger on the pyramid button and move over a bit. Its the worse part of the DS4 (and only part I didn't like)

Towerfall Ascension I'd have a much higher completion on, but the dumb PS4 doesn't let me earn trophies when I'm playing with my kids, with their save (but me logged in too). So we've done the entire quest mode, unlocked all of the towers, etc, but I got no trophy credit for any of that.

I don't either, but I had a Carnivores game on PC back when our family got our first PC in 2000. It was pretty basic, but it had a trophy room that displayed all your biggest kills. My neighbor had it as well, so we were always trying to one-up each other. Good times.

 
I'm not a fan of replaying games for exactly that reason. If the game can run entirely differently, that's one thing, but if it's just a different end scene then it's hard to justify spending 10 or more hours playing a game for something I can watch in ten minutes on YT.

 
Speaking of dumb things about the PS4. You can "log" a user out and log yourself int, but whatever game they were running is still launched. If you try to start a game, even the same game, it first says it is running under so-and-so's account, and then you have to pick the option to quit it, and then it relaunches it in your account. Why does this even happen? They are logged out! What is the point? Dumb.

The option button is just a little too far to the right. I sometimes hit the right edge of the touchpad by mistake, which is annoying when you are just trying to pause.

Are you sure you're logging out? You can have everyone logged in at once on PS4 and have to actually log out each user.
