That 60 minute share play limit is annoying even though understandable. How about if everyone playing has the game (say, Towerfall), they make it unlimited? That would make all parties happy.

Holy shit!  I fuck ing hate debt.  How can so maybe people have so much debt.  I should do a private poll to see just how broke all you broke asses are.

I agree, but there's so few games anymore that you can't just play online regularly, I don't think they would implement it for outliers like Towerfall.

Towerfall not having online MP is still retarded.

At target. fuck stotch's ban. Anyone ever see this zico coconut water before? $3 for water!

edit: bonus. Coconut water is nasty. I am not a fan. Therm?

yeah, I think I'm retired from flipping too unless I'm spoonfed. it was a good long run and a fun way to spend lunch breaks.

also, flipping 19 copies of something after doing that ridiculous price match mambo at different stores is definitely lameass territory. go to 7 different bestbuys, use three different ids, whatever you're doing to avoid the banhammer (or not) - you're still lame as fuck. enjoy the $250 you saved though.
yeah, i agree some of these geniuses go to extreme. I remember a few posters posting comments like.

gamestop/bestbuy wouldn't let me trade in my sealed games.

Better range and speed.
So misinformed. Range is better, but unless you have more than a 100 mbps connection, speed doesn't apply. And nothing beats wired if you want "dat speed". I'm quite happy with the ASUS router I have, the AC66-U. Beastly and cheap.

Guys, how do I get out of this rut?

The time flipping is a major factor for me not doing it much but I also refuse to try and get a clueless employee fired by trying to game them. You know these flippers that take advantage are the first to complain when an employee knows the rules and won't let them double dip or scam them.
you just described flipperdude316. LOL

I think the appeal of SharePlay is the mp aspect of games, rather than "sharing" single player ones. That said, I'm getting my friend to "boost play" the Arkham Knight challenges, because fuck that shit.

I disagree, Towerfall is too twitch based to have online and be bogged by lag. You wouldn't believe the frustration that causes IRL, imagine online.

I am in the mortgage industry and see people with over $50k in cc debt pretty often. I have worked with people that have well over $100k in cc debt. It is crazy and the main reason why I use my cards and pay them off each week. People live way above their means and get stuck.

I have around a $900 balance combined on 2 cards, one with a $1,000 limit and another with a $6,000 limit. I'm uncomfortable with that amount, and can't imagine having cc debt in the thousands. The $6,000 card is a Lowe's card that I wouldn't even have if we didn't have to suddenly buy a fridge.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=-DL0W9AUCuY The new ice bucket challenge sort of thing should be you have to make it through this entire video without killing yourself.

Just pick what you believe to be the best game you own and have yet to play. When I get that feeling I pick a really good AAA game to start up. Usually helps.

because they spend beyond their means
Or they accumulate a metric shit ton of medical bills because of ongoing chronic pain problems (surgery/meds/physical therapy) or they accumulate a metric shit ton of medical bills because of kidney infections that put you in the hospital for a week. Then the med problems cause you to miss a metric shit ton of work until you have to eventually quit.

Or they have kids.

Or all of the above.

I just bcc'd my boss on a critical email I sent to another department, and he just reply-all'd to everyone.

Smooth one, boss.
We had the head of IT send everyone an email about the use of Reply All.

I constantlly get emails from head staff people saying "Congratulations to Department X". It's then followed by four or 5 people clicking Reply All just to say "Thanks."

Not misinformed, you're just jumping to conclusions. I wasn't talking about internet speed, I was talking about in-home network speed. My house is quite old and it's not set up in a way to use ethernet without having obvious wires running everywhere. It's not really a big deal with the PS4 since I'm probably not going to be using it as a media device (assuming it ever gets that functionality), but it's still annoying that a console making profit from day 1 and having an expected life cycle of ~8 years doesn't go with the most up-to-date wifi option.

change your name to Velo and don't give a fuck and go bang a bunch of different color hair girls. And tell us all about it.
I did quite good myself when I peaked on the T&F team at my university. Instead of different hair colors, different events. Loved the ass on the 100m, 200m chicks. Good times.

Alien: Isolation has some fun achievements.
  • Completed the game without killing any humans
  • Completed the game without dying
  • Killed by the Alien 100 times

Up to Act IV now on MGS4. I like how it opened. Enjoying the game. A little too cut-scene heavy though. I'm not sure what is more ludicrous Metal Gear Solid 4's story or the fact that I'm following it. I guess it helps that I recently played 2&3 on the Vita not that long ago.

No CC debt for me, screw that noise.

Finishing up Mirror of Fate too, hopefully today at lunch.

We have some credit card debt. Mostly due to poor (no) budgeting. But it's not horrible and we transferred it to a new card with a 0% rate special on transfers as long as we pay it off in 1.5 years. Not counting a transfer fee, but still much better than paying interest. I have it being auto paid such that we don't come close to the deadline. Not taking chances.

The wife and I both had some cc debt when we got married in December. 2k/5k or so. That's gone now and we're just running monthly balances that we pay off at this point. We did just pay for our tickets to Rome (late honeymoon in April) with CC, but we'll be paying that off immediately from savings.

Other than that...I've got student debt, the car, and the house, and she's got her car which she'll have paid off sometime in the next six months.

Jesus, this is annoying. This combo just doesn't work. There's people online complaining about not being able to complete the tutorial because the combo doesn't work.

New poll. How many times has Thermo said the word "annoying" this month?

A. 5

B. 10

C. Too many to count
