There's one two minutes from my house. I tried it twice. Sucked both times. It'd probably be more fair to give another location a shot, but I'm not all that into fast food let alone fast food burgers anyway.

 
Well I'm home from my procedure. Still a little out of it, but feeling ok. Don't find out what is going on until a week from Monday though which probably means more missed school and work given my pain level lately. But, hopefully this will all be figured out soon

I ran into that problem yesterday. Made me realize I needed to change my approach to the game. Go around killing the captains off (and if they have a mission like a feast or something, even better, since it helps you unlock the ability tiers) so he won't have as many bodyguards around. It will also help the fights go smoother when you get abilities like the dodge stun or reducing the hit streak required down to 5.

I appreciate that this game definitely rewards playing smarter instead of harder, and now that I'm actually paying attention to weaknesses and fears I'm having an easier time of it. Also using the different environmental attacks (fires or barrel explosions, flies to scare some of the enemies off) helps, and a lot of the enemies tend to have a fear of burning which reduces their strengths when exploited.

Also, if the captain can't be stealth killed, then make use of the guys around him and brutalize kill one of them to hopefully scare some of the other guys off.

As much as this game is a rip off of the Assassin's Creed games, they definitely did some work into making it feel more varied and interesting then that series has been. Although I imagine if they released one of these a year I would be fatigued by the series, as well.

As a comic book fan, I would have trouble ranking this above the Arkham series where the more iconic villains are a lot more exciting to take down then randomly generated orc Warchief #8. Running around sometimes runs into the AC series problem of finding yourself running up walls (especially in a fight when you need to run down a fleeing enemy but you're out of arrows). I also feel as if the camera zooming in so much and turning around is a bit distracting, but just being in the same discussion as the Arkham games is a good sign.

They do make Diet Coke with Splenda instead of aspartame.  I forgot about that stuff but I think I liked it when I tried it years ago.

I always cheer for teams that haven't had a lot of success recently, but part of me still wants the Orioles to bomb out because of what a huge dip Crunchewy is.

It was good for a while. I can't decide if I should jump on the Orioles or Royals bandwagon. As a Braves fan, I can't find it in me to root for any NL team. The A's are the AL team I usually follow, but they're done. I do hate the Tigers, so I hope Baltimore wins this series. The Royals are a lot of fun to watch.

That Styx game is looking better and better to me. I don't think I'm in for $30, but I'll definitely get it the first time it goes on sale.

My brother got The Wizard of Oz 75th anniversary pinball table delivered today from Jersey Jack. He also got some invisible glass for WoOz, AC/DC Premium, Star Wars (Data East 1992)and Adams Family machines. I need to plan a trip to Texas now to check out the new games.
 
I'll root for the Orioles, they're cool. I wanted the A's to stay in so Jon Lester would have another chance at a ring, but oh well. On the NL side, I would want the Nationals to win. But in the WS, O's over Nats in 5 games. You heard it here.

I pay the smallest amount of attention possible to baseball, but the O's are my team.

 
Just platted The Last of Us. Fantastic. It couldn't have ended better. Last survivor was hiding inside a house and 4 of us jump in all different entrances and 2 of them start shooting, I start flaming up the place with my flamethrower and he gets shivved by the 4th in the back of the neck. They continue to shoot his corpse while I teabag his smoking body til the platinum dings ;)

 
Big win for the O's. Had some tension early and after Cabrera hit that HR, but their bullpen just imploded. Glad they got the win.

Yeah, people have been telling me to do this, I just hate running up to enemies as it always seems like they pop back up before I can melee them and then I get smacked. Gotta practice more I guess.

You should really sign up for Twitch sometime though; it's fun.
