What a nub. Stotch was the only one of us who ever did that, and I'm pretty sure you cant do it anymore anyways. Not sure what you think you saw, or what drugs you're taking (pharm wants some), but you saw wrong :)

You're already going to get the shaft when the divorce process plays out. Don't make it worse for yourself. There isn't a woman in the world worth it. You can wait a year or whatever, hit the gym and get in shape, and snag a better one than the one who has your fancy at the moment.

 
For Pharms question earlier...isn't what he's asking just called separation? You know how there are those couples who never divorced but go out with other people to see if they like the other fish, they call themselves separated?

I personally wouldn't do it though. Lawyer could say it's cheating and then try and get extra money for spousal support just my opinion.

Also I still haven't beat this fucking ch 10 boss. It is making me nuts, I need more than 20-30 minutes of time to sit down and really try.

It took me a few tries, but I killed it by following that GFAQs strategy I linked to earlier. So I guess that means I'm ahead of you now? :lol:

I think so. It's enjoyable enough, but we've all heard about the shitty map. I unintentionally stopped playing when I got to the one spot in the game that you can earn the 100 combo trophy because I couldn't pull it off after trying about 4815162342 times. I'm sure I'll go back because Batman.

you're definitely ahead of me now - I've had about an hour and a half to play since Sunday and most of that was on this boss fight. I just can't manage to sink enough bullets in to him before he catches me. I tried freezing him today and that gives me just enough time to shoot the eye once and make enough distance to turn around for a second shot when he unfreezes (is there somewhere besides the eye/giant mouth I should be aiming for?). I did finally manage to get in a room after he transforms but for some reason he skipped the whole 'reaching in failing to grab you' animation and just immediately tore me out of the room.

I'm just annoyed with it and ready to move on. it's certainly setting my expectations for how long this last 1/3 of the game is going to take me.

You know Blackgate was just free on PS+ recently, right? I can't tell if you're just asking if you should play while waiting on GF to send Danganronpa or if you're thinking about renting it from GF.

I'm not sure if it will make things easier for you, but you should really focus on hitting him with a couple of sniper rounds as he's transforming, then pouring shotgun shells into him once you enter one of the two storage rooms (I think you have to get as far back in the room as possible to trigger his "failing to grab you" animation). I used the double-barrel one (which I don't think you can technically upgrade since the upgrades are attributed to the standard shotgun, which I'm not using) and was able to kill him just before he yanked me out of the second room. As for where to aim, it didn't really matter with the shotgun, so long as you aim in the general direction of the purple mouth.

For the way you and I play, probably not. It is not a bad game to play through once. However, the plat requires 3 play throughs. All of them are essentially the same. All you do is change the order of which bad guy you fight last. There is a ton of backtracking which becomes really really old when you play it 3 times. The map is absolutely awful which makes the backtracking more frustrating than it should be.

If you think you might want to play it the PS3 version with a supposed improved map would probably be the better choice.

On a lighter note, Shadow Warrior is still awesome.  And at 1080p/60fps no less!

Only Tyler said that. It's pretty obvious he's trying to ruin your life at this point.

 
If you are still having trouble on ch 10 boss, try to take it slow n stealthy. If you only shoot him in the eye, it should take about 4 shots and then he will transform. Only shoot his eye and he will never be able to track you. After he transforms just unload with grenades/shotty/sniper/explosive bolts, a shock or freeze to give you time and then take wide turns when he tries to charge you. I avoid the rooms til after the fight and stay outside the whole time. I beat him last night on my 1st try, i was just getting in the practice of no hits for akumu mode. I read ch2 n 6 are really tough, so let's see how it goes today...

just watched some of shadow warrior on the youtubes. it looks delightful.

at one point there's a control instruction at the top that I still haven't been able to make sense of:

tap (L)> (L)> then hold L2 or slide right on the touch pad then hold L2 to heal yourself.

Missed the Danganronpa 2 stuff on the first reply. If yours says medium availability like mine, they tend not to send those unless it is all you have in your Q. Even then they may delay sending it to you until one comes back in the mail so they do not have to pull one out of the stash. I am not sure why it happens like that, but it seems to.

The main times I will ever get a medium game is if the rest of my top 5 is all lower availability. They like to keep their percentage of games from top 5 up. If you only have one game in the list, they tend not to give a damn and will just make you wait longer.

they want you to hit the left stick twice to the right but its much easier and works well with the touch pad instead. Healing yourself is handled in a similar manner and its easy to pull of while strafing away from enemies. The game is fairly easy so far as well. I am playing on normal. Vig would want ti play on super extreme hard as fuck or whatever.

sorry meant to say that there are other abilities using the same left stick or touch pad song and dance. It all works well with the touch pad.

thanks (and thanks vig). me and remote play will make a go of it tonight. I can pretty consistently get through the first form without having too much trouble. it doesn't help that my sniper aim sucks hard. I'll get it eventually!

ahhhhh, I thought it was that you had to tap right twice and _then_ choose to either use L2 or swipe the touch pad as your next action which sounded ludicrous.

I wish every ps4 game would use that touch pad, it's great.

just in case i wasnt clear, you have to hit left stick twice to the right or use the touch pad AND hold L2 to heal. Its easy to do once you get the hang of it with the touch pad. First time I have really used the touch pad in a game.
