I'm pretty sure the PS blog was wrong about Terraria having "new content", which might explain the lack of new trophies. They were referring to 1.2, lol. Hmm. I don't know if that was purposely deceptive writing or if they genuinely didn't know the update hit PS3/Vita. In any event, I no longer feel bad for missing out on this version. Same exact thing we have now, worlds are just bigger.

This sure would have helped us on Akumu, huh, Velo?

EDIT: One commenter noted that he couldn't trigger this on a first-run save, so this might be limited to NG+ runs. Therefore it wouldn't have helped with Akumu after all.

fuck I was going for no damage in the hardest area of Isaac and choked. Took one hit on the final boss because I had never fought him before. Vig, give me a gif for this

I couldn't find much info on them. Price was close enough to be out of too good to be true range. What raised a flag was that it said New in the description, but the About Us page sounded like they only sell used electronics.

I do, but what I meant was that price range out of pocket. I'll get some sort of gift card/ cash prize at our Christmas party. If I don't get one before that, I'll take my spoils from it and put it towards a PS4, effectively making it fall in that price range or (hopefully) under.

Heck, out of those four, I'm "only" getting Inquisition, and I doubt I'll finish that in time to trade it in for profit. I knew that when I preordered it, though, so I don't mind.

 
holy crap that is a lot of stuff coming out tuesday. I'm picking up nothing, but I would looooove to snag lbp3. just can't justify a preorder without the $10 cert from bby since I could get it for $48 (or lower) later and I already have a delightful sackboy plushie.

GTA is a forever game. At least trading in the PS3 version will offset the cost. The others will likely take awhile for me to beat. Which is cool with me since there aren't many big releases for a few months after. Money for games is built into my budget, so I don't sweat over getting high trade in values. You gotta treat yo-self.

Ha, I forgot I have Hatsune Miku preordered, as well. It's strange that on the busiest game-release day in a while, the two games I'm getting are so drastically different--a Japanese rhythm game and a Western fantasy RPG.

Weapon upgrades take a while.

Also, no limits like other F2P games. (Crazy Market,No Heroes Allowed etc)

I tried watching Sons of Anarchy but lost interest about halfway through the first season. Does it get much better? I'll probably get ack to it at some point as long as it stays on Netflix. I'm slowly getting through the first season of Arrow, but it's rough. Not sure if I'll abandon ship (again). 

 
Also on season 3 of SOA.

Next Tuesday I'm getting Far Cry 4.

Dragon Age seemed to come out of nowhere. I didn't play the first one and hated the second so I'll have to watch some videos to see if it would be the type of game I would enjoy.

GTA I would be replaying so it's hard for me to justify buying it twice at release.

Far Cry 4 is the shortest game on the list so it's easy to justify a buy and trade approach to it. Plus it's the one I'm most excited for.

 
I'm afraid to say it, but I'm losing my motivation to keep watching The Wire. Season 1 was great. Season 2 was OK. Season 3, 2 episodes in, is less OK. I thought season 3 was supposed to be great? So far it's not very compelling and seems to not know where it's going.

Season 4 is the fantastic one. 3 is pretty great as well. Give it a chance.
