I should clarify further. This woman was my very first direct manager, and I had to specifically be asked to be transferred to another team. That was six years ago, and she is always giving me a hard time about things. I don't get contact from any other managers unless mine is out and they're covering for her. But this chick is always trying to get under my skin or call me out on things. I honestly think she holds a grudge.

And I did mention the communication from the VP about not leaving voicemails, to which she told me that I should have still done it. I'm sorry, but when it comes to some random manager telling me to do one thing, and a VP telling me to do another, I'm going to go with the VP 100% of the time.

Today she sent me a message full of smiley faces about how another client involved in this is all set and we don't need to follow up.

It is never good to tell a manager to "reach out to the VP who is telling us how to do things." Or "give it back to her." Need to be a little more tactful than that.

This is the main problem with mid-level management they don't do anything including read their fuck ing e-mail, because I guarantee if she did she wouldn't be asking for stupid shit. My last job was all chiefs and no indians and there were meetings about meetings and you'd be on a conference call where absolutely nothing pertained to your daily job. Shit storm to say the least.

Oh and then there was one client who wanted a follow up call with our higher ups handling the issue. So I followed the procedure and sent her the info. Today I had to call the client because they asked me a question that I didn't have the answer for previously. So I put in my notes that I answered the client's question, but they would still like a follow up call from a manager. She sends me a message "Looks like you're notes say she's all set, but you sent me an email asking me to call her so which is it?"

Read my fucking notes, idiot. I wish I could just copy them here so you could see how dumb this bitch is for realsies.

Absolutely you have to go with the higher level manager communication. I would just keep referencing that though and leave it at that. Or tell her to speak to your manager about it. Also I would give your direct manager a heads up about this incident and others as they come up.

She clearly has reading comprehension issues or is too lazy to read half a paragraph.

Dear Diary-

got the Beyond two souls plat.  I know I would like a couple hours of my life back but got them trophies!  I am in my 51st week of Playstation ownership.  I see I have a ways to go to catch Simmias and Gatorbeergeek.  Of course I have discovered major flaws in their trophy game.

Simmias-  100% completion percentage?  can only go down--  rookie mistake

gatorbeergeek -  297 plats-- silly silly gator you are surely ruing out of space on the mantle

I look forward to passing these amateurs in my 13,286 week of ownership-

I will drink a 12 dollar beer in celebration!

There wasn't anything good or bad about it. I was just 13 or 14; we changed girls up every other week. It was mutual, it just was what it was at that age. Not all super serious like this generation of teenagers can be. I have had some long talks with my oldest about not being tied down to just one girl for too long.

I don't know how old you are, but at the time, Jurassic Park played. It was THE movie event to end all movie events (at the time).

Oh shit, Rayman Legends for Vita for under $15.  I could use my credit on that buuuut I put that on my Christmas list for PS4.  Shitbricks.

 
army of two - i bought forever ago for $5. slap.gif. i'm down for co-op if someone else gets it.

lord of the rings - same as above minus the slap. great co-op game, and a pretty good rpg.

need to look into choas code and arcana heart. thought arcana heart was a fighting game, co-op sounds interesting.

I lived out in the middle of nowhere. Closest movie theater was the next town over, so that didn't really come up much. Town population was 182. I did go see it with the family, though.

They seemed to use coop very very liberally. I have no idea how the UFC game could be called coop. Is there really a coop mode in Angry Birds? It seems like maybe 2 player = coop to them.

I remember it very well. I was 13. JP was the greatest movie in the history of cinema. The CGI was mind blowing at the time too. I saw it at least 5 times in the theater. Bought it on VHS and watched it a ton fo sho.

I've got Ao2 and haven't played it yet. Would be up for the co-op after I get my Golds whenever the wife gives them to me.

Arcana Heart has a tag-team element, I think? May be thinking of another fighting game.
