Mine still hasn't started walking yet so I don't have to run around as much. But don't get me wrong, she can cause a cyclone already only by crawling around and standing around. Her favorite toy? Getting mommys games and throwing them all over the place D:

No problem. And yeah I was dissappointed that they only have some kind of weird multiplayer for online. Was hoping for the basic 2D co-op online

 
I saw a bunch of Xbone Ass Creed Unity Season Pass cards at a Best Buy.  $30 was the price on them.  Didn't try to ring one up but they're still out there for anyone who wants to go for it.

I know the Isaac ship has sailed for almost everyone here, but Ed is taking item ideas over on the isaac sub-reddit. 10 fan made items will make it into the expansion for the game

 
trying to get feeling back in my fingers and feet. this makes 4 times in the last week that i had to work in snow/ice/rain, and today was the coldest one so far. ugh

good news though. they told me i'll be moving to my new position next week, but if not next week, it'll be the week after. i've waited a month already. i guess 2 more weeks wouldn't hurt.

Nice. Hopefully you saw me praising that one a little while back and we did each other a solid. I was hoping to pick up Snowpiercer from a BF sale, but I haven't seen it included in any of the ads. It's been $15 for the Blu since like release, but I can definitely wait for cheaper since it's on Netflix.

Over the hump I think in Ch. 4, hard is a lot more difficult than normal since enemies only flinch if you hit them right after their attack and you are either hitting them with the same weapon they are using or the weapon that is strong against them (arch beats veil beats gale beats arch).

The two enemies in the arena also coordinate a lot better so you have to constantly keep your distance and look for an opening to separate them so you can rack up a long enough combo to knock them unconscious temporarily so you can steal their weapon.

Even once you get the weapon out of their hand some of the enemy types are still dangerous as they jump up and quickly slam the ground creating an AoE explosion that will knock you off your feet and leave you vulnerable to their partner's attack. It's like a whole different game.

Edge of Tomorrow and Snowpiercer were pretty good, I don't know if I'd go to the level of amazing.

Snowpiercer leaned a little too heavy on allegory to the detriment of believability, I can't really accept that the world as it is could actually function for as long as it had. It blows its load with the big reveal and then it kind of just meanders to a finish after that.

Edge of Tomorrow got a little repetitive in the middle section as there was a little bit TOO MUCH showing repeating of events, deaths and training. Groundhog Day works because it doesn't get bogged down in showing the same event over and over, elements remain the same but he is always doing something new. For instance, rather than doing a montage of him progressively getting better on the piano, they show him go for a lesson and then later have him play amazing well as the teacher asks "and this is your first lesson?" implying he's been going for many, many days. EoT could have done with a little more implying and a little less showing.

The ending also doesn't really make sense.
He kills the Omega and Alpha earlier in the day and regains the power which is why he respawns in the helicopter instead of on the floor in handcuffs, but the Omega respawns dead which is contrary to the film's rules which is everything resets to how it was 24 hours before the death of an Alpha. If the Omega had the power to kill people on reset don't you think it would do that?
