PSN Sale and Sound Shapes

Does anyone know if Sound Shapes is still Cross Buy, or Cross Play, whatever they call it when you get the Vita and PSN version together? Does it matter which platform you purchase for to activate it?

It still is cross buy and it doesn't matter which platform you buy it off first. Both download versions will show up in the DL list.
