Shooter is amazing and yes $15 for these games is a great deal. I've been too busy playing shooter to even touch Monsters yet.
There's a good interview with Dylan Cuthbert from Q-Games on the old 1-up podcast 4 guys 1up he talks about the games and his history. It's the 04/02/10 show it starts at the 1hr 53min mark.

I'm not a fan of tower defense games, I've heard Racers isn't all that great and I'm not that interested in Eden so that's why I only opted for Shooter. For others interested in any of the three though, ya a great deal for sure.

On the official PS Blog they said that Joust and Championship Sprint were permanently reduced to $1.99. I'm not sure about Dynogem though.

Notice they also had a "through to [DATE]". So its not really really permanent.
