And great people buy Okami regardless of a sale. But that's not what we're here for, is it?

Heh a bunch of Atlus stuff is onsale, at this point they might as well just make those the regular prices already given how often that happens.

Same here. I'm also a little on the fence about Black Flag for PS4. It's not a great sale, the disc is $39 on Amazon. And XBone is $23.11 so $32 just doesn't seem wonderful. But after just finishing Liberation on Vita I'm itching for more AC.

The DLC version is $5.00 cheaper normally. So the sale price of the standalone version is only 50 cents cheaper than the DLC version normal price. The DLC version is also half the size, 3.5gb vs 7gb.

So if the DLC version was subject to the same percentage sale it'd be around $6.50.

Well, look at the download size. It's probably because the DLC version utilizes a lot of the assets included in AC4 to make it work (hence half the size download) whereas the standalone version requires everything to make it run without owning AC4.

Funny guy. The Logitech wheels connect via USB and work on PS2, PS3, & PC. I imagine they would work fine on PS4 if Sony allowed it.

Disgaea is due to Atlus being the publisher while the other Disgaea games are NISA. Atlus are obviously frequent puts their stuff on sale while NISA rarely lowers their games' prices.

one of my favorite games but definitely not for everybody

the puzzles can be hard but it feels rewarding when you beat them, the story is completely over the top but that's what makes it good, great music too

It's been on sale at $10 like a billion times, unless you plan to play it immediately there is no reason to buy it as in probably 2 or 3 weeks you'll have the opportunity to buy it for $10 again.

Depends on if you plan to play the whole series. If so then 2. If you just want to jump into the series and enjoy a great game then 4.

1. Assassin's Creed 2 is a good starting point. I haven't played many of these games but AC2 is my favorite. I really want to try AC4 (the pirate one) next. ACs 1 and 3 are supposed to be duds.

2. You play one character at a time, but when you finish the game with one character you start over with a new one. George Kamitani loves to artificially lengthen his games like that.

3. Liberation takes place in Louisiana, during the slave trade. Roughly late 1700s to early 1800s. You're a mixed-race woman and can wear three different disguises... a slave, a debutante, and a stealth killer.

You go from NY to Mexico but most of the game is in New Orleans. I think "really awesome" is stretching it a bit. Your expectations might be too high. I really, really enjoyed the game (finished today actually) but it's got some glitches and annoying Vita motion control puzzling. But it's fun.
