I liked Thomas Was Alone. My only complaint was that it was too long. The last scenario was actually kind of anti-climatic, and I had had enough by that point anyway.

It does take a certain kind of person to enjoy it. I can't say for certain without more closely studying people's reactions to say what kind of person that is, but I'm not surprised there are people who couldn't get into it.

 
Anyone has Ragnarok Odyssey ACE (Vita)? Comments or feedback? Watching videos right now, but the meta(critic) score isn't very generous.

It's always really easy to tell who I won't get along with, if over the past two weeks they've posted anything similar to "terrible sale this week" or "this week's sales suck".

I had this issue for the first time ever today. My PS3 game queued just fine but he Vita one hung up every time I tried.

If I had to guess, I'd say this is the last week of the sale. The banner for the Summer Sale last week said "Ends 7/7" which was actually bad communication because those first week's games ended today. But I'm guessing 7/7 is the end date for the entire sale is what they meant.

It's enjoyable enough. It's a simple platformer with some fun ideas tied to it. I don't get a hard-on for squares with personalities and sad back-stories like some people around here do though. I guess I'm just too balanced and centered to feel sad about squares and rectangles.

I have actually hardly spent anything the last few months. But yeah, first-time 50% off sales on quality indie games. Yeah, that's a good sale. Sorry BF4 was $19.99 so you could overpay for it, nub.

I post images and gifs and videos here from time to time too, but please ask yourself if the image is a) necessary and b) funny before posting. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I'm going to try for the rest of the trophies in Sonic & Blahblah Transformed. I tried a couple of World Tour races on Expert and somehow got 1st without too much difficulty, so we'll see how it goes.

At least I got the Arrow of Light trophy (connect with an ice shot at 100+ yards) out of the way.

Well fuck me. Apparently I'm not supposed to be in this cave yet, and I can't get out without offing myself and losing my loot. Missed the first cave, where you get the steam jump ability that you need for this cave...or something like that. Future players, beware.

 
I guess they fixed the Cross Buy for Puddle on PS4, but they went about it in a weird manner. If you go to the Vita version of Puddle, it shows up as free and you have to purchase it once again at no cost, which then makes the PS4 version appear as purchased so you can just queue the download from that page. It makes it seem like they pulled the old version of Puddle and put up a new version with Cross Buy support since both versions are now at the top of my Download List.
