Seems like this week it's pinball arcade sale. Meh, kinda disappointing, now i feel I should've bough a few more Atlus games instead. Also pretty much all SMT PS2 games are now available.

Does anyone remember a sale on Pure Pool? My cousin just got a ps4 and will not leave the damn game alone. I was hoping for some discounts on ps4 indies but oh we'll. at least I got HL:Miami free
 
New stuff is up, Rtype dimensions is on sale Master Reboot, Hotline Miami, Soul Sacrifice Delta, and draw slasher, those are the games that are cheaper with PS+.  Also, Crimsonland, Bit.trip runner2, and hot shots golf out of bounds collection

So I bought Hotline Miami today at noon and it was $9.99. Now it's $7.99 for PS+? How do I get my money back! There wasn't even a listing for Hotline Miami until this morning I'm guessing so I get screwed for buying it 1 hour early?

That's why you shouldn't buy anything until the store is finished updating at 5 PM ET. You'll have to contact their CS to see what they can do.

 
Anyone else having trouble getting Hotline Miami to show up for them as free on PS4? I got it when it was on plus however long ago. When it first popped on the store, I got a download link, but it errored out. Now, Whether I go to the web store or on the console, it's got it listed as $7.99

Same. I'm sure it'll be fixed after I turn in for the night. No PS4 hyperviolence for me.

I really liked Hotline on Vita but found the PS3's cumbersome marking controls frustrating. Using PS4 touchpad may be a good middle ground.
 
I tried to sit down to FF tactics last night and was bummed out. I don't remember those maps being so hard to look at. Swinging the camera around multiple times just to see where I can place characters was annoying.
 
It looks like they took down the PS3/Vita Cross Buy versions of Hotline Miami and replaced them with a new PS4/PS3/Vita Cross Buy version of the game, so you'd have to buy the new version to get it on all three. I hope it's just a bug and they didn't do this intentionally.

 
Looks like that means no free PS4 upgrade for those who got it free with PS+ earlier, aw well.

Rock of Ages for $1.99 is a great deal for anyone who missed it when it was free.  Really underrated game.  I had a lot of fun playing it in single-player, online with my buddy, and offline with my wife.  Unique gameplay with a pretty funny sense of humor.

Wasnt this game FREE On psn+ months ago, now its saying i dont even own the free PSN+ one

 
It has been this price before but not lower unless you count the time it was free on EU PS+. I'm sure there are still people waiting for it to join the IGC here.

Zeno Clash 2 is $1.99. It's a first-person beat-em-up and has online co-op for the entire campaign, I think. Cheap little co-op game.

Im glad they fixed that up with Hotline Miami. Do any of you guys have the same problem with retro city rampage not showing as purchased or in your download list for the PS3? I originally downloaded it on my vita first from the Vita PS Store and then onto my PS3 straight from the PS Store, no sign of the PS3 version on my download list now though.

Also since im at it does infamous 2 show in your guys download list or does it show as purchased for those of you who got it free on PS+?

Recently upgraded my PS3 Hard drive to 1TB and im slowly figuring out some games are missing from my download list. Its going to take a while to regain my library. Have a 250GB monthly bandwidth cap from my ISP so maybe 3 months from now it will be complete. Im also downloading my library Z-A so I can have some structure to it. What a hassle, sheez. :D
 
Ah Trine 2. I hesitate because I don't know of the ps4 version is worth waiting for. I'm sure most of you got it for free with plus for the ps3 but has anyone played both versions?

I've played both versions. We got it free for PS4 as well. Honestly, I still think it has some of the worst platforming/controls I've experienced. On the flipside, it also holds the distinction of being one of the prettiest (on PS4). The 3D is impressive. Smooth framerate. I believe the PS4 version has a bunch of additional content.

I've heard of the bad controls but also the nice graphics. How much did you enjoy it, if it was a "diamond in the rough" type experience?

Oh, I remember. The camera gave me fits even as a kid. Nothing like a Thief coming out of a nook you didn't see and charming Orlandu.

 
I've played a bunch of CounterSpy and I'm enjoying it a lot. It's basically if you took Shadow Complex, shrunk it down into a linear series of rooms, added a stealth element to reward playing silently, and replaced the background shooting with a 3D, cover-based shooter element to be able to get a better view on rooms with multiple enemies and cameras. 

 
Any one know if there are any deals for PSN cards? I'm thinking about getting a $50 card from Newegg and using Visa Checkout for $5 off but I wasn't sure if there is anything better around right now .

So...it's basically not Shadow Complex.

 
I guess, if you want to make the dumbest possible interpretation of the description since that's your typical move.

It's that style of game that gets rid of the big, open map and has a more condensed style of layout where there isn't as much exploration and is more focused on the combat and stealth mechanics with plenty of collectibles. The map is even segmented like a Metroid-style map. When enemies are in the background, instead of just it automatically aiming in that direction because there was generally just one enemy back there in Shadow Complex, there are sometimes a handful or so patrolling around in the background. To make that work well, it has cover points that let you freely aim in 3D in that area to take them out with some precision. It also works on just the 2D areas since enemies don't always pace in straight lines and it helps you understand how the security camera's view moves in 3D space to get past them. It's just a way to frame the description of the game in something familiar, then pointing out the things that set it apart as its own thing.

Dont need the camera to see whos all in battle. Plus it auto changes to whoevers turn it is. Ive never had an issue, yall are just making rookie mistakes
