I'm playing FFVII Remake and I'm trying to fight the Whisper boss and I get to the Dragon forme and that bitch one-shots my whole team. Anyone have any tips on how to play all of that without rage quitting?

Mana wall and counter stance are your best friends in that fight. Mana wall is literally the difference between life and death when it casts mega flare. I’d say when you get close to beating the blue and yellow whisper try and heal up and cast mana wall so when you roll into the next phase of the fight you’re ready to defend again umbral strikes and eventually mega flare. Just keep at it, the fights aren’t hard they’re just cheap. It’s annoying when the in battle cut scenes cancel your spells or skills. That made me rage on hard mode when MP is so precious.

I can't comment on the differences as I can't remember, but having the ability to go into standby and resume would be worth that price alone in my opinion.

That's not how PS sales math works and I'm not surprised that guy doesn't know basic PS math. Lol.

Example: Hypothetical $60 game at 90% off is $6. Then you take 10% off that price which gets you a total of $5.40 final price. You don't add the 90% and 10% to get 100% off.

I like the design, but I'm afraid that it's going to cost $100 (give or take $10). The haptic feedback and all the other additions are going to drive up the cost and getting a second alternate controller is going to be pricey.

Yeah, the game was ho-hum and rebuying a better version is kind of a waste. I would love to shoot the girl at the end instead of letting her go, Amita I think her name was, but it isn't worth $6 to do so. For whatever reason the controller doesn't work when that decision comes up. Thanks for the help though. I am hoping for a better sale on something much better soon.

I really enjoyed the tower defense DLC in that game. Kind of sad they didn't bring more of it to Far Cry 5 or the non numbered entries.

I didn’t like the PS4 controller when it was first shown, but after gaming on it, it’s the best Dualshock by a country mile.

I actually like the look of the ps5 controller but will reserve final judgement for when I have it in my hands. I do like that it looks a little bigger too.

PS4 I did really like but I felt those were more rounded and maybe a bit bulkier overall. I'm glad PS5 has a bigger controller. Looks like it will be comfortable to use.

I'm curious how significant all the haptic features turn out to be. Don't like the white, and as one of the people not liking the DS analog stick placement, I'm afraid the increased size will only make the left stick harder to reach.

They got rid of the "Standard" version ages ago, renamed the Deluxe edition to reflect that it was the only version, and reduced it's price. The only DLC character is Terry, who can be purchased from the in-game store for $5.

Thread seems kinda dead lately but, Ghost of Tsushima is my favorite game of 2020 so far. In love with the setting and gameplay is quite fun.

I thought the story was fine, a bit ho-hum. The hidden ending is much better then the real ending though. The ps3 version has some problems but is playable enough. The game overall is kind of boring and repetitive.

He said they got rid of standard edition and renamed it deluxe but it says standard on the store and not deluxe. So what even if it says standards its actually deluxe with all dlc except terry?

Same. I’ve easily had the most fun with this compared to the other games I’ve played that have come out this year. I still think Cyberpunk will end up being my favorite by the time the year is over, but that’s like 18 months from now.

So Metacritic has decided to not allow user reviews until 36 hours after the game's release.

Metacritic is garbage. I only used gameratings. Com, and was crushed when they shut it down.
