You can purchase as many as you wish, you just can't have more than 10 in the cart at a time. After you've gone through checkout with your first 10, just start filling your cart again.

I'm enjoying Fall Guys a lot. However, I don't understand how people can play it so much and so continuously that they reached level 40 like as soon as it came out. I play a few sessions (usually make it to the last round unless I get a bad team game) and then I'm good for the day, what with so many games in my backlog, limited time., and the amount of repetition. There's "fun" and then there is "I'm going to grind at this game all day" fun and I'm not sure its the latter for me...though it has taken some restraint not to grind for some of the FOMO shop items.  To each their own I guess. Hoping for more modes and stuff in the future. :)

Fall Guys is definitely a fun change of pace for me, but I'm pretty much the same way. I can jump in and play for maybe an hour and then I end up quitting and not touching it for days at a time. I'm also not very good at it, but it's still fun.

I know I could do that and I would have if I were ready to make the purchase right then. I guess the limit is there as some sort of security gate. It's fine. I will purchase this weekend when I have some time to check the games out and to let the wife know ahead of time that the "Thank you for your purchase" emails will start coming from Sony soon. I get those emails even for demos and the free PS Plus games.

I played it a bunch the first few days and then fell off.

When I do come back to it I like to play a few rounds and gain a level and then turn it off.

I think I'm currently at level 20. I hit level 10 on Aug 5th.

But I know I'll never get to them in the amount of time before the PS5 comes out.

Then I'll mainly only play PS5 games and every PS4 game will be put further on the back burner with the PS3 games when the PS4 came out and the PS2 games when the PS3 came out.

They need to make these console generations last longer or just make shorter games.

Maybe we could quit buying games for a while and just play the games we already have. Maybe we could also only buy the games we know we'll play right away and finish them first before moving onto other games.

As is goes in the life of a CAG, we all know neither of the options is about to happen, lol

I've actually started doing this. I think I completed like 5+ games so far this year which is a big step for me haha. Most recently Ghost of Tsushima last night. Those 61 quests were brutal but it was a amazing game.

I've really started backing off on buying and adding to the backlog recently. Right now I'm trying focus on what games I want to start playing and finishing before moving on. It also helps that I won't be investing in next-gen systems anytime soon.

I actually have drastically cut back on buying games this year (of course current events also helped curb any frivolous spending). I've acknowledged that I keep adding to the pile of games and barely playing any, so I'm trying to break the habit. I've only bought maybe three PSN games all year.

But this sale does have at least one game that I'm actually looking forward to playing; Swords of Ditto. I'm a big fan of Rogue Legacy and this looks pretty similar.

I agree with both of these options. I thought Maneater was a breath of fresh air for only lasting two days to complete. I would rather spent $30 for a game that's going to last up to a week or so, over spending full price on games that can take over 350 hours. Red Dead Redemption 2 took me three and a half month of playing it exclusively and Assassin's Creed: Odyssey took just over two months of playing it exclusively. That's only two games in almost six months. As much as I enjoyed the games, that's completely ridiculous, my backlog is way too long for that. I get wanting to make the world more realistic by adding lots of side activities, but geez, getting all those perfect animal carcasses in RDR2 or clearing out every location in AC:O was just total overkill. And don't even get me started on multiplayer trophies, what a way to artificially extend a game's playtime long-past it's enjoyment zone.

Speaking of which, does anyone know a good place to find other players for boosting multiplayer trophies? I have done literally everything in The Crew and want to move onto something else, but two stupid multiplayer trophies are holding me back due to the fact that one of them requires eight players just to get into the lobby, so other players don't even bother trying. I've tried setting up a boosting session on PSNProfiles and only one person joined and tried contacting people in the boosting thread on PlaystationTrophies and the people either had their messaging/friend requests turned off or could no longer spare the time. Developers really need to stop artificially extending games like this, it's not fun, it's frustrating. :(

 
I agree. One somewhat extended game that I'm really feeling burned out now is Ghosts of Tsushima. It's not a masterpiece to me, and I'm in Act 3 but some of these quests are so filler and I get tired of liberating stuff. It's good and gorgeous looking, but yeah I'm ready to be done and sell it. Still not enough samurai games though that aren't just musou games.

Anyone having issues with the latest firmware update for the PS4? 

Ever since I downloaded it, the PS4 has been messing with my internet, hogging all the bandwidth. When I shut the power off to my game center (where the PS4 is), my bandwidth on my computer went up 40 times.

For me that's definitely Ys 8. It is bloated and should have been 1/2-1/3 of its length.

I got mad burned out with GoT after I completed the main story and wanted to Platinum it. Game is amazing and I am glad I finished it but I did feel a bit of relief once it was all done lol.

 
I'm enjoying going through GoT much the same as I did Witcher 3. I'm clearing out the areas mostly before I move on. But a few of the tales are getting tiresome. I don't need 9 tales of the bow guy. I would have liked fewer parts and more variety.

I played some MOVE OR DIE with my kids and its good for a few laughs. 6 bucks is a nice pricepoint for some family or friend fun. Definitely going to invite a few people over and have a few beers and laugh over this one.

 
I ended up getting Pixel Ripped 1989, Demon Gaze II (after some debate between it and Lost Child) and Touhou Double Focus from the Hidden Gems sale. Might pick up Gris as well, haven't played it yet but debating between getting it on PS4 or PC.

Ya that's just stupid. I don't care about Miles Morales DLC or Ratchet and Clank. Makes my entire library of PS games playable on one console and I'm there day 1. Sony prides themselves on their exclusives? Microsoft was able to make Red Dead Redemption look like a current gen game. Imagine what Sony could do by upscaling all of our old favorite games though the power of the PS5!

Maybe stop spending money on moneyhatting timed exclusives and give us something more long lasting.

That’s unfortunate. As excited as I am for ps5, I’m going to wait a while before purchasing and I’ll focus on my ps3/ps4 backlogs. It would have been nice is Sony decided to focus on BC for all gens, but not all that surprising since it’s Sony and all. No day 1 purchase for me... maybe by summer.
