In rare cases, the PS4 version of a game would install from the disc after you upgraded to and installed the PS5 version. Now, when you insert the PS4 game disc, the PS4 version won't install unexpectedly.

I've been playing The Show since 08. Do you think your playtime is so high because you power down the PS4 in always on mode and don't close The Show? Do you play a lot of DD? RTTS? Franchise? You can remote play your ps4 on your ps5. So, you can keep your ps4 games on the ps4 hard drive, but still have access to them on your ps5, freeing up space for ps5 games. This is why my friend kept it around, anyway.

I can probably predict next years' top three games will be Ghost of Tsushima, Last of Us 2 and Dark Souls Remastered.
I'm slowing working on the Platinum for Last of Us 2 and when I finish that I'm going to start Ghosts.

If I can get a PS5 maybe Demon Souls will be on the list instead.

Switch version has been out, and I wasn't sure if the release yesterday was on Android only or if it's been out on iOS. So I only knew it was newly released for Android yesterday.

Switch version is my go to for Slay the Spire. Otherwise on PC I mess with the mods.

I actually bought the Steam version as well for the mods, but honestly the controls are complete ass on PC compared to PS4. That is, trying to use a Dualshock 4. I have to go through a ton of configurations and even if it does properly recognize the controller, I still can't use the Dpad normally.

Yeah if you're going to play with a controller you might as well play a console version.

I've dropped probably around 300 total hours into the steam + switch versions, and honestly have never had an interest in mods. Never really felt like anything was lacking. Pretty much all the bugs/glitches I've encountered have been on though, as it's always behind in patches.

I've been playing The Show since 08. Do you think your playtime is so high because you power down the PS4 in always on mode and don't close The Show? Do you play a lot of DD? RTTS? Franchise? It's showing 631 hours of The Show 2020 for me and I always just leave the game on and don't close the application so I'm thinking Sony counts that as you playing.

I know I always close the game every time, but it does seem a bit high. I checked it not too long ago on the system and it was in the 6 or 7 hundreds. And I'm all in on DD. And all offline lol.
