What's weird is that Wild Arms has no price or option to download or purchase from either the PSN store or Sony's Web store. How am I supposed to get ti?

You can't do this through your ps3. You need a psp/vita or mediaGo to get it.

you can download media go and redeem it to your PSN download list. Then just download it to whatever you see fit (works for all 4 games):bouncy:

I was able to get it by logging into the store on my PSP and it allowed me to download it. I don't know why the store on the PS3 doesn't allow you to download it.

It's supposed to be a promo for current Vita/PSP owners only, so they made it only available on the Vita/PSP. To make that possible, they had to just 100% remove it from the PS3 store. The Media Go method is a loophole.
Not sure if this has been answered yet, but I can confirm that you do get the PS3 downloads. I was given the extra characters and costumes.
Really? You bought the Vita version and it gave you all the DLC that comes with a retail copy of the game? Do you have a PS3 copy of the game so you can verify it works?

Why would you need to verify it works? The DLC is confirmed cross buy and if you get 1 version, you can get the other. Even if it DIDN'T give you the alternate version, the PS3 version of the DLC would just be listed for free.
Wild Arms has one of the best opening cinematics in gaming. That song is absolutely amazing.
This is very true. Even though not as good as the first, I loved that Wild Arms 2 had 2 different openings and songs, 1 for each disk.

I'm sure it works but wanted the extra reassurance because delivery for this DLC has been wonky as hell. Some of it was free on PSN from a glitch a while ago, others reported that they only got select characters for free, the DLC voucher codes that came with the Vita version of this game didn't work or gave different content when it first released, etc. I can't take it on faith that they worked out the kinks if I'm paying $20 for DLC. Wouldn't you?

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013...n-top-sellers-journey-treks-back-to-number-1/

Here are the Best-Sellers on PSN for February 2013:
We’re back with February 2013′s North American Top Sellers (see the EU charts here). Journey had a reprise last month after some spectacular games usurping the #1 spot in January. Smack in the middle of basketball season, NBA 2K13 slides in at #2, and anime fans have stepped forward in support of the popular Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s Decade Duels Plus card trading game.

Other interesting items hitting the lists include the original Mass Effect, as well as Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time sneaking into a couple lists in his newest adventure. Battle fans keep on rocking with PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, enjoying the new levels and characters that are released. Among the classics, Final Fantasy swept, owning the PS1 Classics and PSP categories. Finally, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC all landed neatly in the top lists for last month, satiating fans eagerly awaiting their arrival.

The Final Fantasy sale seemed to do quite well for Square Enix and Rockstar completely owns the PS2 Classics for good reason. I'm surprised that Urban Trial Freestyle took the top spot on Vita.
Blazblue is the better game of the two by far IMO but I can't speak for the community as I haven't played it in a while.

Still, there are many sites and such dedicated to helping you find matches if you actually want to challenge better people so I'd say the price point is right for it if nothing else but to get you caught up in the game series before BB:CP comes out sometime later this year.
I would pick Street Fighter over BlazBlue ANY day. Rebought Blaze thinking I'd play it on the Vita. I won't, lol.

If I buy the PS Vita extra warranty from the Vita store, Does that qualify towards the spend $50 get $10 back promotion? I just contacted customer support from Sony and I forgot to ask them about it.

By the way, if you have a missing code under the PS Vita, you can still qualify to get the extra warranty. They told me that they could provide me service if I buy the extra warranty even though my Vita is missing one of the codes from below the system. I told them that the right code is faded away and that the left one (where the bar code is) is already half faded; they said it should not be a problem. In other words, I would like to buy the extra 1 year for $30 or the 2 years for $40 before my warranty expires (it expires in few days), and if this qualifies for the promotion, then that would be nice :)
I'm surprised that Urban Trial Freestyle took the top spot on Vita.
Urban Trials Freestyle is a perfect game for the Vita. I'm loving it. I hope they have some DLC or expansion for it, but I doubt it.

Yeah Wild Arms does have a great intro. I love that it doesn't give any spoilers away, but you can rewatch it later/post game and you see all these hidden details. Such a great game. I really enjoyed it and all the crazy summons/etc. Bad guys were also really awesome in this game.

Haven't a clue as to what the fuck is going on in Sine Mora. The more I try to keep up with the story, the further it just...gets away from me, lol. Oh well. I'm loving the gameplay as well as the visuals. It just pops on the vita's screen. $5 is still a no brainer if you enjoy the genre.

Ok, I've always been under the assumption that buying a digital game will give you the online pass. Is this not true? I bought MLB 12 for Vita last week, downloaded it, and tried playing online. It tells me I need an online pass. Huh. I had the retail version when it released, but never redeemed the pass (actually sold it on here). So now I'm trying to play online, need a pass. I've done the following:

1. Checked download history to see if it was a separate item. I'm not seeing anything for an MLB 12 online pass. I only see the PS3 version's pass, which says I can't download on the Vita (obviously).

2. Checked the store to see if maybe I could just download it. It wants to charge me $9.99 for it. No red bag icon that indicates I've purchased it already.

3. Redownloaded and reinstalled the game, which took forever. Still get the same result.

4. Updated the game to the latest version. Same result.

Any ideas?

I know my Hot Shots golf & Unit 13 online passes are located my service/transaction list. Check there and if not I don't know cause I thought you get the online pass with all games.

Sometimes it's actually built into the game, so there isn't a online pass / download. This was the case with Battlefield 3 and a few other games. Not sure why yours is different, but perhaps take a look at the listing and see if the online pass is free. You might need to "purchase" it. I know the cross buy Vita games give you an "entitlement", which changes the store price of the game to free.
I hope there are some good sales or new PSN/vita games coming this month. I just checked my PSN Wallet and I have $87 to spend before the promo is over.
+1 and wish PS+ get deals on new psn games like day 1 games

Ordered a new 1TB HDD for my PS3, so I'm finally going to be able to play some of the larger IGC games that I didn't have room to download on my current 120GB HDD. I'm definitely looking forward to playing Infamous 2, Darksiders and Vanquish.

I almost want to get ACIII but I know it will drop in price like the rest of the AC games.

I added it to my cart and got all the way to checkout, and it show $9.99 the whole time. Even reduces my wallet balance at the final screen before confirmation. Not sure what's going on with it. Maybe I'll give the Sony folks a call.

Edit: checked my services list and it shows the online pass for both Vita and PS3 versions. Wen I try to go into the online features it tells me I can buy a pass or redeem a code. I just tried to do the buy a pass option (tried redeem and cancel earlier) and it tells me I have it installed and lets me into the online. Before I was trying the buy option from the store. Weird, but glad it works.

So will there be a new batch of Vita sales next week? I am going to buy Persona but I don't know if I should wait or just pull the trigger now.
I hope there are some good sales or new PSN/vita games coming this month. I just checked my PSN Wallet and I have $87 to spend before the promo is over.
I believe they've done a similar promo two other times in the last 8 months so no need hurry in my opinion.

Sweet, gotta love the imports. :D

I am confused about this too. The sale date ends on the 12th, so it would lead me to think no, but the tag line says "New Deals Each Week" which seems an odd wording for just two weeks of sales. Either way, it seems unlikely that Persona would be in the sale.

I guess I will buy it now anyway. The wording also confused me because two weeks seemed short for saying new deals each week. Oh well :bouncy:

I am confused. Are you saying that because you bought the Vita MLB 12 you got an online pass for both the Vita and PS3 versions? That seems like a great way to save on a used version of one of them, if so. I would have picked up MLB 12 Vita during the sale and then grabbed a used PS3 version somewhere to compliment it.

Hmm... tempted to get SF X T for the Vita, especially considering I don't have the DLC for the PS3 version. On the other hand, common sense would tell me that the cart (which I'd rather have for space reasons) can't be too far away from hitting $20. But on the OTHER hand... Capcom has only dropped down UMVC3 to $30 retail after an entire year. Tough call for me.

No, sorry. I think I mentioned in my first post that I had the online pass already for the PS3 version.
anyone know if dead rising otr has been on sale before? thanks
It was like $10 during the Halloween sale last year iirc

Hmmm....seem like some odd games to be on sale. Also, I'm guess the Scott Pilgrim DLC is FINALLY coming.

My guess is there won't be any Vita Anniversary deals, but who knows.

Hint: They're all Ubisoft games.

No, it was a two-week promotion and this is Week 2.

I guess I'll buy SFxT since it's the only fighting game out of all three that will less likely get a price drop until post-evo.

I'll grab Blazblue on cart since the file size is HUGE. Even compared to SFxT and UMVC3

Besides, It'll put me closer to spending $50 in the store.

Gonna try and hold off on SFxT Vita.

Really interested in how much they'll drop Asphalt Vita! I missed out on the Fry's $14.99 deal.

let's see... asphalt is 26.99... darn. my buy price is $10, because i want it... but i just can't see that happening.
Oh, the story looks and sounds cool... but yea, the story is hard to figure out. from what i can tell

There are two timelines. Both are fighting the Empire. One is a father revenging his son (who got shot in the head after refusing to nuke a civilization). The other is the remaining members of that civilization taking revenge for being nuked into oblivion.

How low of a price do you guys think Assassin's Creed Bloodlines - PSP will be? I may be interested in picking it up for my Vita if low enough.

People who have a vita and $50 dollars to burn, you guys need to check out the AT&T sale thread now. They aren't sold out of the 32gb cards at half off and with all the Vita PS+ perks, you need them now!

So what exactly is "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World Ultimate Edition"? Perhaps the game with all the DLC combined for a discount?

I'm guessing it's the previously released Knives DLC and the long delayed, heavily anticipated online co-op functionality that hasn't been released yet.
