Is that One Piece game going to be on sale this week as well? I don't see it on the list in the OP but it still shows in the web store. I won't be home to be able to redeem a $50 PSN card I have for a couple hours yet.

Edit: Looked over the OP again and found it. On sale till 3/5 so I'm good. Wouldn't have bought it but with the rebate it's probably worth it assuming I can find a few more things to pick up with it. Already bought Noby Noby Boy and the Namco Museum Essentials as decent fillers.

Huge thank you to everyone who voted for San Andreas. The rest of the deals seem pretty average. For anyone who hasn't picked up Journey yet - do yourself a favor and pick it up. It was more than worth the $14.99 price I paid to get it a week early.

$5.99 is one fantastic deal, especially when Sony was nice enough to give me that $10 for free.

Also I will need to pick up a $50 PSN and get in on that PS Plus 3 free months offer to stack with the $10 back.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors - $24.99 - 50% Off - Ends 3/5

All of the Namco items end next week, which is why they all have "Ends 3/5" at the end.

Yea sorry about that Frisky. Looked over it a couple times and missed it, but saw it right before you posted. Should probably get my eyes checked again..
Oh nice, I didn't know it was get $10 back for every $50 you spend. I guess I'll see how the month goes with releases.
Is PvZ in your sig from PS+?

Starting today, Peace Walker (the PSP version :( ) can be bought off of the PSN store on Vita. If you have a PlayStation 3, this means nothing to you.
Is PvZ in your sig from PS+?
No, but it's the Vita version. I bought it awhile ago but just recently started playing it.
Oh, I mean the PSP version is purchasable from the PlayStation 3 PSN store and able to be transferred from the Vita since launch, just that now you can do it from the Vita directly.
What about Vita-only owners? This basically means that they can have the entire collection on Vita without any extra steps/devices, though it's more expensive because Konami hasn't touched the price of the PSP version in a long time.

Yeah, this is great for them. It plays pretty well on Vita once you map out some touchscreen and right analog stuff.

is One Piece: Pirate Warriors something i should actually look into or something? i've been avoiding even researching it based on name alone. (sounds like... some bizarre kid's game about pirates in swimsuits).

picked up super stardust delta vita. gonna try to hold off on journey and walking dead but will probably end up with them before the week is out.

It reminds me sort of like the Bleach PS3 game. Sort of a barebones Warriors type game that's big pull is it's name. The maps are really small and suck in my opinion.

It's a fun Warriors style game with a decent story. It's based off one of the most popular currently running anime/manga show right now. The game is Japanese dub only with English subs.

The gameplay is quite repetitive but they break up the monotomy with some bungie platforming action. Some characters really suck. Plenty of unlockable coins and upgrades.

If you like button mashing and wacky attacks, it would be up your alley.

The update is up on the Vita store. Interestingly the banner for the "Vita Anniversary Bash" claims that new games will be on sale "each week." We can expect a multi-week sale like the holiday one, it seems; could be some good stuff to come.

It's not one of the most popular current mangas/animes. It's the most successful manga/anime of all time.

Ok, I may have undersold it, but I didn't want to raise expectations too high.

The game is fun but it has its flaws. It has that grindy difficulty curve like the other Warriors games.
Last Chance (Leaving on 3/5)

Instant Game Collection:
Guardians of Middle Earth
And don't forget Dust 514 Starter Pack .

so, we will have 2 PS3 games next week

Hmm, Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble is 1/2 off again at $7.49. I keep forgetting I should try this game out (I remember when they did the voting for the subtitle). Guess I could use my $10 I got from Sony on that, but I'm focusing on Vanquish, Dissidia 012, and Valkyria Chronicles 2 at the moment. Any opinions?

Guardians of Middle Earth is just one game, so we get one replacement next week.

That's odd, especially considering that this week's Vita deals aren't even set to expire next week.

Highly unlikely.
I thought for sure Runner 2 would be out today on PSN since it was released on Wii U and Steam today. Now I haz a sad.
PSN is getting Bit.Trip Runner 2 next week, on March 5th.

I thought so too. Their infrastructure for multi-week sales is a bit wacky though; remember how the sales list on the Vita store never updated during the winter sale. It may be that these will expire even though they aren't listed as leaving.

do they sell vita wallpaper on the store anywhere? i found a site with a... meh collection, but i wanted to see what was on offer
do they sell vita wallpaper on the store anywhere? i found a site with a... meh collection, but i wanted to see what was on offer
There's a cool thread somewhere in the Vita sub-forum that has links to some places with free wallpaper. I'm using an all Marvel Comics set up and I really like it.

I'm 99% sure Sony does not sell any Vita wallpapers though.
Guardians of Middle Earth is just one game, so we get one replacement next week.
I thought Dust 514 Starter Pack has replaced one of IGC games

If I understand this correctly, you get your $10 back at the end of March right? I have a friend who tells me that he got it right after the qualifying purchase. Now I'm confused.

Stardust Delta has the longest user license agreement I've ever seen, lol. Anyway, it's just incredible to both look at and play. Just exudes polish. Highly recommend for anyone on the fence.

He got the same $10 many of us got last week. The $10 back for every $50 spent won't get credited until around April 12th.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/02/26/psn-march-savings-get-10-for-every-50-spent/

From the above link -

"Starting February 26 and throughout the month of March, we’ll be offering you the chance to get $10 back for EVERY $50 you spend using your SEN Wallet! This means that if you spent $100 you’d receive $20 back at the end in April"

"We’ll be sending out your earned credit before April 12 via e-mail and XMB Message on your PS3! Let us know what you’ll be buying this March in the comments, and make sure to get all your purchases through April 1. Happy gaming!"

Great Price on GTA, but it really sucks that individual episodes of the Walking Dead aren't on sale. Not much of a deal with me since I have 3 of the episodes.

I want Super Stardust and Escape Plan, but I'm worried they're gonna be free for Plus soon. There aren't really that many Vita titles, and don't know how much of it I'll actually play with only a 4GB memory card who keeps shuffling games, don't know if it's worth buying or not.
do they sell vita wallpaper on the store anywhere? i found a site with a... meh collection, but i wanted to see what was on offer
Ohhh, didn't see this post earlier. The best collection I've seen by far is this neogaf thread.

I just made him read out the message he got with the code and its the code from last week lol. Thanks for the info.

Well this is weird. When I got my Vita in October, I bought Retro City Rampage and downloaded with the Super Stardust Delta demo. PSN is telling me purchased/own SSD, but I checked my transaction email and I definitely wasn't charged for it. Apparently I've had access to the full game this whole time because of some glitch and didn't know it?

I'm disappointed that Journey won 2 categories, which effectively makes us lose 1 sale. I'm also a little sad that the wizardry clone psp game won, as I would have preferred either of the other two. D'oh. Some good sales for those that want them, though.
