That Costco has some good stuff. Decent price on the game too as you can beat it within a week and trade it for what you paid plus a few bucks profit at BB.

Slightly. To get more specific anything on blue note from 58-69 is great. Nothing from 70-2000 is really that worth listening to.

Karl Denson is a little too smooth/mainstream for me.

For fusion it pretty much starts and ends with Mahavishnu and 70s era Miles Davis.

Then there's free jazz/avant garde stuff. Or noise if you prefer.

I bought a few $5 bulletstorms at bestbuy back in the day just to give to friends. That game was so great and I could even convince my cod only friends to play it. Getting all the skillshots and online trophies were a blast too. I totally messed up my gamespy queue also. I put all my energy into gotham city imposters and dungeon defenders and a few other games, and they are all still active. Meanwhile Section 8 and Prejudice were pulled may 31st at midnight on the dot. Now they are forever unplattable. They only gave me like 2-4 years each game, how was I supposed to fit that in my schedule? ;)

also got my last war cry cod ghosts camo for 3 top 3 wins in diamond division. Last game we ran ham and I was 17/2, my buddy was 19/1. We were just hunting them down :) I am a bright bumble bee of gold and black now on my weapon, helmet and body camo ;) I guess that's cool?

also i just realized last night they added level 5 prestige gold knife and level 10 prestige gold p90. so that's pretty neat. still debating whether to spend real cash to get weed/snoop dogg dlc or just stick with the warcry/rainbow camos i earned.

If you bought any ZCoins during the beta, they'll be refunding that back to you to spend on whatever you want. They're not resetting stats, progress, or any of that stuff, so it seems like more of a bonus for supporting them during the beta.

Music is by far my least favorite entertainment genre, both in general and to discuss.  I don't really find the deeper redeeming value in a lot of music, and discussing it can become an effort in futility because there are so many different genres and styles and artists and everything is so subjective, far more so than video games, TV, and movies.

I thought that was some combination of gravity and angular momentum? It's been a long time since I took an astronomy class. I definitely don't remember anything about the earths rotation from that history of jazz class I once took. I remember a lot of naps though.

Haha, but you totally missed the point. The younger generation has this down pat. Buy the game on sale, play/plat ASAP, trade in for small profit or equal value. Free play. Better than Redbox. On an unrelated note, the Carvel "cakes" are delicious.

Based on the gifs Jay used to have in his avatar and signatures, any amount of lady skin is fine. But dude skin is not acceptable because it causes the mods to get those funny feelings in their insides and there will be none of that around here!

Yeah that plays a big part in the earths rotation. Shouldn't have taken a nap time class if you have no interest. Oh yeah you play games you hate so I'm sure school classes were the same.

I guess someone's never been to college. Required classes bro, it was either that or some stupid painting class. History of jazz you could take naps in and walk out with an A, and didn't have to worry about painting anything.

@Professor...Is Master Reboot worth $7.xx? Not sure what you paid for it, but noticed how short it seemed to be. Looks cool though after watching the video.

 
My method usually gets me through the year.  I get a bunch of games for Christmas, then play through quickly and trade as soon as I can for another game.  by the end of the year I have less games, but each Christmas helps build up my library from asking family for games.

Currently I have about 4 games with good value.  Will be trading in Wolfenstein for Last of Us, and with the price drop and a left over $9 GC, not to mention GCU it will cover the cost to swap them out.  Then once I finish Watch Dogs, it too will be going for trade to help prepare my fall gaming with any of the Ea sports titles or the big ones in October.

While I really like music and find it much more entertaining than you I agree that some people like these jazz freaks like to go overboard on what music means. Its like poetry and the bible. If someone wants it to mean something, they make it up.

It was ok. I didn't pay that much for it though. It really is super short, you can finish and get the plat in about 4 hours. Also, I didn't really understand the story since I played in Welsh for one of the trophies. It wasn't scary either, to a normal person anyway. Frisky would probably crap himself five minutes in.
 
fuk. Guess I waited to long to play SFxT. Should have started it the day it was free on plus. Can't find a single person to fight using arcade fight request.

Pro-tip, in case you cheapskates get Towerfall Ascension for free: it says R2 (or maybe L2) for dash, but you can use any trigger/bumper. Not that I have mastered dashing yet. In the heat of the battle I always forget to do it! I am aware that it's probably key to success, though, and I need to learn it or I'm never even going to beat the campaign on Normal, not to mention likely will get my ass handed to me by my kids when we get that 3rd controller. I haven't told them about the game yet in part so I get some practice ahead of time. Ha!
