The NBA is rigged to make interesting stories during the playoffs. And then at the end, they have Lebron win so he doesn't cry. Actually, I've heard he's the only one who isn't in on the rigging. He's like the Truman Burbank of professional sports.

This. So much this. As a Kings fan, 2002 was the nail in the coffin for me. The league is a joke. I certainly respect the athleticism involved, but it's pro wrestling with a bouncing ball.

What about the DBZ game?

Anybody here owns those games and could give some feedback?

By the way, I don't own a Vita yet, but I will in around three weeks or so (BL2 Bundle). Prices on these might be too good to pass at this point? (I've rarely seen these on sale, and not to mention that Amazon isn't very creative as well).

As I said earlier, I kinda want to pass on PS3 games because lately I've been spending too much time on it (and I also have a PS4), blame Dark Souls 2 and previous sales. That being said, any game that could probably worth a shot?

Edit: Meh, just checked some videos on the PS3 games and I might pass on them.

I started playing Zero Escape tonight and I can't figure out how to get out of the first room. LOL. I mean I solved and got both the escape key and the story stuff, but where do I use the friggin escape key. Somebody spoilered clue me in so I don't rage quit....

Ys I think is relatively safe (as far as unpredictable PSN prices go). The other games very rarely go on sale and this is the first notable sale on Celceta I believe. I had never played an Ys game before and once I got into it really enjoyed it. The PS3 reviews of the Atelier games are applicable enough you should be able to get a sense of if it's for you or not. Amazon won't be selling the Vita versions of the Atelier games because they're digital only updated versions of the PS3 versions that came out a couple years ago. DBZ is stupid but that's just me.

Was just looking at the DBZ: Battle of Z DLCs and I have a question: Does anyone else find it odd that the Japanese audio is available for Vita but not for the PS3 version? Either the Japanese audio must already be included in the PS3 version or maybe the Vita crowd is just that much more into Japanese stuff (wouldn't doubt the latter, we seem to be getting an awful lot of really awesome stuff out of Japan lately that normally don't make it over here).

out of all those you should get 100% sure Muramasa, can't recommend it enough, especially at such a low price! P4G is great both are in my A category. All other ones you mentioned I would say are in the B category, it all depends on what you want to play&amp; how much you want to spend. I'm getting DBZ because I'm a sucker for DBZ and want a portable version.

according to GS the ps3 disc ver comes w jap &amp; eng audio. Maybe they separated the voices in the Vita to make the size smaller since size is a big decision for people buying vita games and afaik they only released the digital ver in the US.

Which is the better choice: Totori or Meruru?  Looks like Totori has a slightly higher score on Metacritic, so I'm leaning toward that.  Definitely picking up one of the two when the sale goes live.

Man, HVT missions in Unit 13 are hard as fuck.  I've finished the first 21 missions and haven't 3-starred three of them.  Hopefully that means I'm doing good.

I remember looking at an apartment, and then being told that the building was owned by Sterling.... Surprisingly enough, I did not sign a lease there.

Flying Hamster 2's kickstarter was cancelled, so the discount may or may not be ending tomorrow. It's free on iOS though if you're into that.

 
Can't decide to get Child of Light on PS4 or X1. The remote play on vita makes me lean towards PS but I usually prefer xbox. Any suggestions?
 
No body cares about Basketball or Hockey or whatever ;-P  Only 2 sports should exist:  American Football, and Football elsewhere.  That's it.  Every other's sports job is to get me from one of the seasons to the next ;)

Get back to talking about games!  I have crap to buy today but my list is entirely too long at the moment.  Anyone actually play the Atelier's?  Worth 20 or wait for a price drop?  I own Ys and P4 but Murumasa looks good.

As far as I know, they perform identically. I think it's worth it for remote play, though. I love that shit. If it matters to you, the PlayStation versions don't have a platinum trophy while the Xbox enjoys a full 1000 points. So there's that.

The more I learn about him the more confused I am as to how he's lasted so long. One thing for the public to be unaware of his past transgressions, but why anyone (including the league) would associate with him is beyond me. The largest housing discrimination settlement...in history? Countless other housing discrimination suits? Like...for real?! His recent comments pale in comparison. And what's even sadder is the recent passing of Jack Ramsey being overshadowed by this scum.

Technically, the NBA Commissioner works for the owners, so they can't force an owner out without the rest of the owners' backing. Pressure from players, coaches, advertisers, and the other owners may finally be enough to force him to sell the team this time.
 
For anyone still teetering about Injustice vita, Best Buy knocked it down to 16.99 which makes it 13.59 (+tax) for a physical copy if you have gcu vs 12.59 for the digital version (ps+).

I didn't get too many five star ratings until I had almost completed all of the missions and got most of the operatives to level 7 or 8 so don't worry about it too much. You need their higher bonuses to reach that rating.

I hate to bring this topic up again, but, well no I don't. I think I spotted a real live hipster this morning at Starbucks. The guy was wearing a fancy hat and was talking to the cashier about where he first had "Pike Place" roast, which he says was at Pike Place in Seattle. He was waxing poetic about how amazing it was. Surely this guy is a hipster, right???

Also just discovered that I already had Flying Hamster on iOS. Searched for it and saw that it was just a download (not "buy" for free). I guess I must not have been impressed with it. Or maybe I never actually downloaded it.
