Soccer sucks so bad I can't even make myself plat this pes game. I got another silver and gold and just said fuck it. I am done. On to ratchet and clank trilogy and them probably sly. Maybe bioshock infinite to break up the platforming.

Ew. I got linked to a trading thread at the bottom of this thread for the Watch Dogs Pre-order DLC. Do people really expected to get $10-15 for 1 mission and 1 outfit that'll be included in the season pass? Are the threads in the trading section usually that awful?

@tyler, I agree with whoever said Resogun. Just got my ps4 today and that's the first game I started. I haven't really played much of it but it's definitely an awesome choice so far.

Loving the new 222 format, and great games selection next month! And having an awesome time reading some of the hilarious comments on the blog.

Having just got my first Vita last week, and ps4 today/yesterday, holy shit. I'm having trouble making decisions on what console and what game I wanna play. Never had that problem before.

Kingdom Hearts 3 for me! The amount of interest generated from this leak is crazy, though. That GAF thread is nearing 60 pages in less than 10 hours. I want to get hyped, too...but it looks and sounds like Souls. So, no.

I'm talking about Borderlands 1, which you mentioned a year ago and never came back for lol. I went ahead and finished most of it on my own since MP shuts down tomorrow. I'm still game for Borderlands 2 whenever, though.

Portal 2 is so much fun.  I love the writing and some of the rooms are pretty satisfying when you figure them out.  Thanks pete for giving me the push to finally get around to it.

I hated Demon's Souls and never tried the others, so I say dont play any of them. But you should do what Kracker is doing and ignore any of my suggestions.

The whole working back to where you were thing is what sounds like no fun to me. I hate repeating things over and over. But maybe it's better in practice than on paper.

Seriously, thats why I hated Demon's Souls. I know they all want to tell me that there are shortcuts once you start getting through the game, but I aint gots time fo that shit.

Dont listen to people that say don't play them especially if they passed on them. That's a slidecage move. Dark Souls is open world versus the Nexus level layout. Most people that say don't play them cause they suck at the games and don't want to learn from trial and error. The Souls games are the only games I always buy Day 1. The games are very well thought out and the connections of lore between all 3 games is interesting.

If you aren't feeling Demon's Souls then try out Dark Souls and see if that clicks.

If you get stuck there's always the Wiki's for each game.

Yeah I suck at games because I dont want to SLOWLY backtrack through the same levels over and over again. I loved the atmosphere and lore. I REALLY wanted to like the game. Its just too slow and plodding for me and I didnt want to learn all the stupid white and black shit that affected gameplay as well. I am just more of an action game fan.

The games are designed around having some patience and playing smartly, so if you don't have any patience, they're not going to be your cup of tea. You only backtrack over and over again if you're playing like an idiot and not learning from your mistakes.

If the World Tendency is what you didn't like then give Dark Souls a chance. If not it's all good. I think everybody should give the games a chance to see if they like them since they are gems in their own ways.

Watch how many more PS4s Sony sells when Project Beast drops? It's gonna be a glorious day.
 
How long are they? Judging by what you all say I'm guessing it largely depends on the player and their skill level. Howlongtobeat has them at 33.5 for Demon's, 50 for Dark 1, and 48.5 for Dark 2.

Correct, you repeated what I said in a different way. I dont have that much patience. I did not want to have to learn something new with every single fucking enemy. It is not my cup of tea for sure.

I may try Dark Souls if I ever see it real cheap and dont have any other games I really want to play. Thats just not a high probability though.

Thats good to keep the head open and you never know it might happen. I understand if they aren't your cup of tea but sometimes the Souls games click for people at different times.

I always try to keep my mind open about things. We talk trash on the internet, but I am not really that closed minded. If so many people enjoy these games I always keep that in the back of my mind when looking for games to play. I checked out Fallout because everyone seemed to love it. Wasnt my cup of tea either. But I tried it.

Drugs are our true friends. But I actually woke up with pain today for the first time in three days. Pisses me off. I took a hydrocodone and muscle relaxer/nerve thing so I am good to go for now. I am going to have this issue every year until the docs can figure out what type of non invasive surgery or technique they can use on me. Really need these bulging discs to be reduced.

I've got a friend who's having terrible back problems too. I believe it's the same issue. He's taking some pretty heavy duty drugs to counter it, not entirely successfully… wait a sec… are you him?!?!?!?!? Oh shit!

Wren, I say you keep going for it... you got the longest needed trophies already. The rest can be pretty much simulated, the cup ones are the most games you have to play and you got them already. Last night I maybe played two hours and almost completed all the MAster League trophies, and the night before I played an hour and got all of the BAL trophies besides Asia. You can do it!

But, on another note, tyler, the first game I played on my PS4 was/is inFamous, and I haven't been disappointed yet!
