It's not worth it. The base game was one of my favorite PC games last year, but the DLC was widely panned.

Yup, I bought it a few months back and it still came with the dynamic theme. It wasn't obvious to me, though. I was looking at my themes a few weeks later and it was just there. It's a pretty cool one.

I think it's the Steam port, but yes you get trophies and a higher frame rate, you can also cheat by having infinite HP/MP at the push of a button and you'll get to use a limit as well.

You also can turn off fights and speed up the game like 2-3 times as fast. Good for grinding or tedium.

It's a port of the PC version of the original game, which doesn't really look better in the traditional sense. The character models are just really nice and clean with no aliasing, but the backgrounds are largely the same as before and makes it look really weird to see sharp, simple polygonal models running around on obvious BMP backgrounds. In addition to the improved visuals, they added some cool options to speed up the game's speed (faster random battles and exploration), turn off random battles (easier exploration), and make your party super powerful to easily win any battle.

FFVII Remake is a completely different thing and has no release date yet.

Is the PS4 version of FF7 in full screen? I'm not a huge fan of black bars/borders on the side after playing Rogue Galaxy last weekend. Would rather have it in 16:9 or like the PC version where I can play it in 1920x1080 FS.

Rocket League is getting an update with PS4 Pro support on 2/21 for 4K 60fps on Pros and even the original PS4 is getting an improved framerate bump to 1080p 60fps for all arenas in single-player/MP and two-player split-screen modes. Three and four-player split-screen will supposedly be 60fps in most arenas at the same resolutions. Hot Wheels premium cars are also releasing next week along with some Hot Wheels items being added to the free post-game drop bucket with everything else. There's also a new Player's Choice crate being added to the crate pool with items voted on by the community.

I bought a ps4 pro during black fri week and the controller seems to have broken down. The L stick that controls movement in shooters really lags. I have trouble moving forward at all or sprinting.

Does the 1 yr manufacturer warranty that comes with all ps4 pro extend to the cobtroller itself and will they replace it for free?

I have only found info pertaining to the 90 day warranty of the controller when bought separately. I can try tech support in the morning but if anyone knows off the top of their head it would be much appreciated

They couldn't have that listed first in the store description without there being any truth to it. I'm sure it's minimal but an improvement nonetheless to the anti-aliasing and visual FX like it says. Nothing that's going to wow you more than just playing on a normal PS4.

Maybe slightly, but many ps1 games are throttled due to disc loading speed. The games were literally designed around the speed the disc spun on the ps1 so you will see similar speeds on most PSN games. Your really cannot get around the hard coding

Separate trophies from PS3/Vita version, though all 3 versions can cross save. It includes all the DLC, including the smaller holiday ones. I THINK it has all the skins, but any that need to be unlocked via special means (like the Poker Night ones) I think you'd have to transfer over from a PS3 file.

Well, this is slightly......alarming. Ive recently changed the hard drive in my PS3 and have been downloading games back on to it. Back in November, Dirt 3 was free for PS Plus subscribers. I naturally took advantage of it and added it too my game library. But it looks like it has been removed from all digital stores (GOG, Steam, Xbox, and PSN) and can no longer be downloaded. I was looking into it a little bit, and it looks like it was a licensing issues. But if you purchased it in the past on steam, you can still download it, but apparently that doesn't apply to the PlayStation store? Has anyone actually purchased this game (as in not got it free with ps plus) and can you still download it? Im just curious because now im nervous about this happening with other games in the future. Sorry if this is already a well known subject...

I'm with you on this one. Final Fantasy as a franchise is overrated. I own several of these games already and have had no interest in playing them.

Side note. Those who are thinking of buying Mafia 3 digitally during this sale, apparently there are a few glitches with a few of the trophies after the latest patch (1.06) which pretty much makes the platinum trophy unachievable. So if you're a trophy hunter, I think you're better off picking up a physical copy at gamestop (which is currently the same price as PSN) and NOT updating it to the latest patch. Just a heads up.
