I just noticed that Uncharted 2 came with a code to download the DLC that EXPIRED!!? I tried inputting the code but it will not work. It says on the case that the Game of the Year edition comes with the DLC but nowhere on it does it say it's in a form of a code that has an expiration date.... this cannot be normal. I feel robbed.

So I am guessing that I lost out on the Infamous Collection's DLC "Festival of Blood" as well. This sucks.

Positive note: The new 4.00 firmware update looks awesome.

You can hit up the PlayStation Twitter to help you with that. If you still somehow have a proof of purchase for them, they can send you a new code. Four years is not a long time when you have a huge backlog. As for the Uncharted 2 DLC, yeah it's just crappy multiplayer maps and modes but it does add extra trophies and I like to get 100% in most of my games.

You can hit up the PlayStation Twitter to help you with that. If you still somehow have a proof of purchase for them, they can send you a new code. They helped me when I bought the Hardened Edition for CoD Ghosts last year when it was expired and sent me another code after sending various photos to prove I owned it.

I might do that, or hit PlayStation support up via email and see if they can get me an updated code. Good thing I purchased through Amazon as I would've never been able to hold on to any physical receipt for that long.

Similar thing happened to me, I bought the God of War collection from Amazon for 10 bucks brand new. It said on the page itself it came with the 3 main games and the two PSP games, upscaled to HD. I thought it was all well and good until I opened the case months later and found that the disc itself had the 3 main games, and the two PSP games were on a voucher that expired in March lol. I was kinda miffed but then in the following months, Sony gave out the two GoW PSP games for free through PS plus so it was all good

I only got around to playing Uncharted a few months ago so I'm way behind on the PS. Heck, I'm behind on all my consoles.

That's the thing I found out about Sony. Their codes do expire. I've lost a few things myself. I don't think I've lost anything on MS end, at least not due expiration. I've even had a few expired items I was still able to redeem.

If it's close to as good as Shawn White Snowboarding, it's a day one one. That game is my top 10 faves. Bringing back memories, I had so much damn fun.

Housemarque shared some new art for Matterfall and the Jarvis Project along with the news that Matterfall is a side-scrolling shooter.

I'm incredibly psyched about both of these games. Everything I've read/seen about Matterfall looks brilliant, and the Jarkis Project is, well, the Jarvis Project.

given their history with games it would be poor even if it had more characters in it. Plus they like to cheap out on the va's so 90% of the cast would be voiced by grey delesile sp? vic and jyb :/

Whats interesting is that for adventure time alone it'd have numerous popular choices from just its main cast let alone the side characters and fionna and cakes group. right off the bat marceline would be the most popular choice. I mean she was good enough to get her own spinoff eps so that's pretty telling.

Yeah I would be all over an Adventure Time or Steven Universe brawler on it's own. So many characters that would be a good fit. I'm really expecting it to be bad and if it's worth $15-20 at some point then it will be a pleasant surprise.

Four years is not a long time when you have a huge backlog. As for the Uncharted 2 DLC, yeah it's just crappy multiplayer maps and modes but it does add extra trophies and I like to get 100% in most of my games.

Yes 4 years is a long time. It sucks but DLC codes do expire. You cant expect something from 7 years ago to still be valid today. Take this as a lesson learned to redeem anything you buy when you purchase

I just beat Uncharted and decided to open and play my NEW copy of Uncharted 2: Game of the Year Edition right away. I got them and the Infamous Collection bundled with my PS3 back in 2012(?). I just noticed that Uncharted 2 came with a code to download the DLC that EXPIRED!!? I tried inputting the code but it will not work. It says on the case that the Game of the Year edition comes with the DLC but nowhere on it does it say it's in a form of a code that has an expiration date.... this cannot be normal. I feel robbed.

So I am guessing that I lost out on the Infamous Collection's DLC "Festival of Blood" as well. This sucks.



Positive note: The new 4.00 firmware update looks awesome.

This is very typical. However, if you complain loud enough and long enough through their pipelines, they hear you.
I actually liked the U2 dlc... but Festival of Blood would upset me more. That one does go on sale super cheap quite often though, so you should be able to grab it eventually.

I was literally just coming to say that I finally caved and got a Vita and really wish I had been snagging more PS+ Vita games in the past. I have begun to for a bit now but I still am missing many of the early free Vita games : (

Sucks too because there are a couple games I really want and of course they were just on sale too. Ugh.

Also, those 32 and 64gb cards are criminally expensive.... I was thinking of getting 2x 16gb from Gamestop used as part of a b2g1 coupon but would of course prefer a 32 and especially a 64... I know apparently Walmart clearanced them out a bit back, anywhere else I should keep an eye out? $115 from Gamestop for the 64gb is a hard pill to swallow.. : /

If they still have the content on their servers, then yes, I would definitely expect to still be able to download it years from now if I bought the game brand new. With that said, I didn't buy a redeemable code.... I bought a brand new, game of the year edition and nowhere on the packaging does it say anything about redeeming a code. The Infamous Collection does say something about a promo code but nothing saying what it is, I am just assuming it's the Festival of Blood.

HUGE WARNING.  So I decided to redeem that code that psn sent us for the free to play games.  After doing so i thought about downloading neverwinter and giving it a shot.  My game finished downloading about an hour ago but while i was playing hitman i was logged out of my ps4 because someone else logged into my account... WHAT?!  So whoever was on the other side was doing this battle with me on logging in and out, while simultaneously im juggling my vita in one hand trying to reset my password.  

So I already know what to look for when something like this happens, i followed the breadcrumbs.  I logged into my gmail to check my emails, boom $100 purchase for some Neverwinter materials.  I log into my psn through my computer and notice a second ps3 added to my account also.  I immediately complicate my password even more and then i remove all my payment stuff.  REAL SHITTY HACK or compromise on Playstations side.  If i wasnt awake who knows what damage these guys couldve done to me, luckily the money they spent was on my psn wallet, if they charged my visa i wouldve really been hurting.

Upon Extensive researching the past 30 mins, i narrowed it down to it being a neverwinter/paypal issue.  BEWARE CAGS.  Now i need to wake up in the AM and get sony to refund me
