Not saying NMS is really a better choice but I would wait on WoFF, which the game looks funny and its a pokemon clone they last kinda side FF release dropped like a rock within like a month, WoFF will prob be 20-30 by end of the year so I would wait on it if i was you. Final Fantasy explorers dropped really fast and with 15 coming out in a month it will cannabalize whatever little sales WoFF does get/have which will lead to it getting discounted quickly.

Just a slight note to this, but by the time it hits those prices it probably won't include the Day 1 DLC anymore, if you care about that. And while that might not seem like such a big deal, considering the way other releases have worked you'll probably need the same DLC on both versions in order to use Cross-Save. So if you ever intend to pick up both versions, it's something to be mindful of.

Its still not really a major release, and iirc Type - O dropped rather quickly as well, like i said I wanna play WoFF but with 15 right around the corner Ill wait for a sale on it, I bought FF Explorers like week it came out and like a month later it was already on sale for 20 so I just have a feeling WoFF will be the same thing.

It won't. Type-0 was a port of a poorly received game, so that's why it dropped. FF Explorers is something no one asked for. It'll obviously drop, but not that fast.

Technically it can be upgraded to 4TB, but currently the only 4TB drive that will physically fit inside a PS4 is an SSD that costs more than $1000. The only other option above 2TB is to get a Nyko Data Bank which allows you to use a 3.5" drive, but it adds a bulky expansion to the top of your PS4.

It's pretty great and very kid friendly. $6 is a steal. My 6 year old son even got a lot of enjoyment out of it. I'm sure his teammates didn't appreciate his level of play, but there's plenty of kids playing that game, so that's what it's geared towards. COD for younger kids who haven't learned all the curse words yet...

I doubt we'll get it free with PS+. If you think your kids will play it... $6 is a solid deal. My kids played the free copy we got thanks to EA for a few weeks or so. I don't think they play it anymore as they have bigger & better games but if you keep them starved for new games then they may dedicate more time to it. Me personally, I find most multiplayer games like this super boring.

I like to download my stuff right away plus I had the 1tb in there for about two years now and it's just barely reached that low. Not to mention I have to clean some stuff out and would have more space but I still want to upgrade to higher size soon so I don't have to worry about it. 2tb will last me a while as most of the stuff I get digitally are not huge download sized games.

I can also use that 1tb in there for my laptop when I take it out since I have plenty of enclosures.

All I know is I have a 1tb sshd hybrid drive and I definitely notice a difference in how fast the system boots up as well as games. Granted its probably only a difference of 5 seconds or so, but still. Besides, most 2tb drives are around $100 anyway, and this one is only $115. I'd say its worth the extra $15.

I just bought my mother in law a 4tb on Amazon for $120. The data bank is $40 or just get a dock so the hard drive is open and won't overheat which should prolong its lifespan.

If you're playing the same game non-stop it will help a little because they work by moving the most used data on to the SSD portion. If you're not though then you really won't see any improvement. It's also been shown that consoles mainly show benefit with engines that are constantly streaming data and a hybrid's still going to have minimal impact on that.

I have a 1 TB SSHD in my PS4 and it basically makes no difference in speed. I mean maybe there is, but it's not obvious if so. I should have gone with a 2 TB non-SSHD. It might provide more of a boost on a PS4 Pro, though.

Anyone play Arcania? Its so cheap that its tempting me...

If you like European RPGs like Two Worlds, Gothic, or Risen, the price can't be beat. This is Gothic 4. Like all the open world RPGs, it has many minor bugs. The thing that will probably bother you the most is texture pop-up. But I liked the mundane storyline: you're a farmer trying to avoid being swept up in war. It's a nice change of pace from being the hero of legend all the time.

I picked it up awhile ago, if you liked the original Oregon trail then you will enjoy this. It's mini games are pretty fun but some aspects of shooting can be a pain. I still never made it to the end but maybe someday.

i beat it 5 times for the 100%. once you realize how to take advantage of the hunting/barter system you will win everytime. just hunt like crazy and you will always have full supplies and then just trade your way to freedom town.

the final level is great, and if you played oregon trail as a kid like myself, you will love it

I feel slightly betrayed by Estival Versus. Right after the sale ended they dropped the price permanently by $10. Would have waited for the next half off sale and bought something else if I had seen that coming.

I had $45 in my PS wallet so I picked up IW Legacy Edition for CoD4, and the remaster is pretty good.

I popped in IW and man, it's so terrible at this point in time. Realllly makes me miss the old boots on the ground cods.
