Yes, unfortunately wallet funds are still a problem. I tend to just push my PS+ subscription out by at least 1.5 years and never let it get close to expiration - this makes it easy to buy PS+ cards only when they go on sale.

Yeah, I need to keep a better eye on PS+ sales. When I see one, I usually think "I still have plenty of time left" and then before I know it, my subscription is expiring. My memory is going fast as I get older...

I definitely helps keeping in mind when PS+ expires.  I don't keep a balance available and have no CC on file to have to worry about auto-renew... but I also have a memory.  My PS+ expires sometime in December of 2018.   Having a memorable time of year (I lump PS+ shopping in with Black Friday) helps, as does setting calendar alarms to remember.

Just went to buy Heart&Slash and discovered that I was missing a good chunk of my wallet funds. Turns out Playstation Plus auto-renewed last week even though I am sure I turned it off after it happened last year. Perhaps when I got my Pro and activated it as my primary PS4, auto-renew was turned back on?

They do something weird. They charged me for auto renew before years ago, because I only had 2 out of like 3 auto renew options turned off. Then a year or two later, either cause I registered my PS4 or 2nd PS3 or something, the next year it tried to autorenew AGAIN.

Kain, the other thing is that Rag Doll Kung fu was offered free by sprint not PS+, so your friend was completely doing something wrong to lose his license of the game.

I just remember years ago, I was at my friend's house and he was trying to play Rag Doll Kung-Fu, which he got free from PS+, and he was completely frustrated because it was telling him his license was expired. He said it was working fine a couple days prior and the only thing that changed was that he had let his PS+ run out and had to buy a new PS+ card to reactivate it.

Sometimes the PS3 is finicky with updating PS+ licenses when you have a new expiration date because you have let it lapse or have re-upped previousy. If that happens you just have to start to re-download it (which will refresh the expiration date) then you can cancel the download and you will be able to launch the game that previously said it was expired on your console.

i believe there is somewhere in settings to restore the license, this is basically what you are doing here. and probably the issue with the other guys "friend" that has so many problems.

I want to say that PS3 PS+ games will just ask to check PSN to see if the license is still valid if the one attached to the game has expired. There shouldn't be any real issues unless your sub isn't active at that time.

I don't think the PSP Go's memory card was proprietary; though the Vita's definitely was. I had plenty of the type of card the Go uses, all mine were made by SanDisk.

and you can always use the adapter and put in a micro sd card unlike the vita. really really wish there was an adapter for the vita.

Then you realize that the digital bundle with the game and the DLCs was on sale in late February for half off.

Yeah it was neat when one of the coupons stacked with a sale or something to give you some crappy game for free or next to nothing but I'll stick with the 20% off everything all the time personally.

I wish you could return games you've never downloaded. Purchased Trails of Cold Steel earlier this year only to learn that it's coming to PC extremely late. At least I didn't buy 2 yet.

Just beat Nier. Amazing game. After playing this and Horizon I am so happy with my PS4 purchase. I'll probably put Nier down so I can put all my time into persona but I definitely wanna play through it again later for the different endings. P5 here I come!!

I'm hoping that we get something like the EU "Easter Sale" that started last week. There's a lot of games on sale (over 500 I think between PS4 / PS3 / Vita). I'm not sure why their sale started last week and we didn't get one, but I'm hopeful for tomorrow
