I made a CAG community on the PS4 called "CAGs on PSN" that is freely available for anybody to join. Those on my PSN friendslist can most easily find it by checking out the "Friends' Communities" section under the Friends section.
Is there a search feature for communities? I tried to find one so that I could join "CAGs on PSN" but it has "Friends' Communities" and "Most Popular" but I couldn't figure out how to search for it and wanted to join.

Did no one read Strider's post? The full EU list was revealed. The NA list was not. The IGN article is based on the EU list but most likely we'll get the same thing.
The EU and NA lists are the same nowadays, aren't they? I'm pretty sure they announced that like six months ago..

No, but you could search for my PSN username (in my sig below) and it's listed in my profile.

[quote name="plus1zero" post="12946374" timestamp="1443646325"]Not a bad list per se, but not really good either. Indies again...I like indies, but man, a AAA title every once in awhile would be good. Super Meat Boy is excellent but most folks played that within the last 6 years it's been for sale.[/quote

I love indies too but was hoping October would be the month we got The Evil Within. Oh well.

Has Sony ever fully addressed the disc eject issue? All I've seen is unplug it for a couple minutes and plug it back in. This didn't work until I waited like half an hour last night
im actually curious if they have fixed it on the newer ones. As far as i know the real problem was actually the little rubber foot on the bottom of the console that goes up and connects with the eject button. Basic thermodynamics tell you that was a bad friggin idea. I got mine to stop beeping/ejecting simply by pushing that rubber foot in and back with my hand

what the heck is the 'samurai news 14' thing?

That's very optimistic. Like expecting Scarlett Johanssen to ask you out kind of optimistic. The last retail games we got were Twisted Metal and God of War on PS3, Metal Gear: Ground Zeroes on PS4. Why would they give away such a primo, recent game?

He was being sarcastic, I think. Pointing out the flaws of entitlement, I am sure. :)

It's basically free points in SWC3 to buy stuff in game. They give 10,000 with each news.

Dang I never signed up for that. Bummer.

Installing the beta now.   Can't wait.    The only thing I don't look forward to is buying another game new at $60... but it's really, really hard to resist NFS games because I consistently love them.

Too bad this version has a required online connection to play, killed all interest in the game for me, and I usually buy and enjoy all the NFS games. No offline/SP mode, no buy.

God am I having a really shitty day and supposedly getting "historic and dangerous" amounts of rain this weekend. Wish there was a good flash sale to lighten the mood. But I don't think we're due for one for a few more weeks.

Might finally see what Corpse Party is all about. Won't exactly be cheerful, I'm sure, but may at least distract me from the crappy things going on with my life in the real world.

I know, this bothers me too... but... i can't resist. I'm going to trust they're only willing to piss off so many people because they actually have good features in place. But... probably not. I like my racing games offline too. I read some articles on it and they said a lot of it has to do with making autolog awesome, not necessarily forced multiplayer racing.

And... I'm okay with that? I remember Hot Pursuit (ps3) really worked well with autolog, as me and my friends always worked to beat each others times. On the other hand, Pursuit (ps4) was -so- online that many people disconnected to play, which then shut down autolog.

So my hope is that they learn from both, and try to make it so autolog is fantastic, but I can race against AI. We'll see.

I saw that Driveclub has a Double XP/Fame weekend going on until 10/5 at 9 AM ET in the Events section of the dashboard.

I like that as a better means of announcing these sorts of things than stumbling upon in under those few news spots on the game's page on the dashboard. You can register for them to get a notification of when it starts if not have the game automatically start up right when it starts in case you're prone to forgetting about that sort of stuff.

For anyone who got an xbox one beta code for need for speed by accident, looks like they are sending out ps4 codes now.   Just got mine (got the xbone code earlier today morning).

so the solo is online too? i noticed there was the all drive option and then and option for solo play. dont really notice much difference anyway as everyone i saw online was just driving around not doing anything.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2015/10/02/super-meat-boy-leaps-onto-ps4-ps-vita-on-october-6th-with-new-soundtrack/

http://supermeatboy.com/160/Only_4_more_days____/

Super Meat Boy has a new soundtrack due to losing the rights to the original soundtrack for this release, so they worked with some of their favorite artists for this soundtrack. That includes Ridiculon (The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth) doing the bulk of the soundtrack along with Laura Shigihara of Plants vs. Zombies fame and David Scatliffe of Hotline Miami fame for some other parts of the game.

The game itself has a platinum trophy. They offer some hints as to what you'll need to do to get it in the second link.

Well that's odd but neat I guess. Definitely people whose work I like.

If that plat isn't one of the hardest ever it will be a disappointment.

From what I have heard so far, the game is online-only, no offline. Not sure about a SP mode, but if it requires connecting to servers just to play, I'll pass on it. Can't stand required online-only games.

Would've been especially nice with this week's "sale" focused more on permanent price drops.

I have it on 3DS but there the Samurai News things are dished out through Spotpass. It should be free points for the game and an in character little clue guide spiel for some of the levels from the various characters.

So naturally Naotora Ii's is all stammering and saying GOMENNASSAI over and over.

EDIT: I hate that fuck ing bitch so much.

EDIT2: Seriously fuck that whore.

Rock Band people that are getting Rock Band 4, you can pre-load your DLC now to get a hard start on that stuff, though it's kind of ridiculous at the moment. The process right now is to go through the entire list of DLC on the Rock Band and Rock Band 3 pages and find the stuff you own that has a new Red background on the image, open up the page in a new tab, and click on the download button to queue up a PS4 download. Some of it might show up as free and require you to repurchase it, though it isn't bumped up to the front of the list when sorting by prices for whatever reason. Their Twitter account says you're supposed to be able to do that from the Rock Band 4 page on the PS4's PS Store, but that isn't live yet, so this option is for the crazies with lots of spare time [customspoiler='Don't click this']which is your typical CAG[/customspoiler].

Is Dungeon Defenders II F2P? These different editions make it sound a like a freemium game.
Yes, but they're calling it 'ethical' and have promised all DLC/etc is completely optional and is purely cosmetic. That is, you can't pay for special features or pay to win... you can just dress up your characters, etc.

From what I've read, they're legit about it too.

Anyone know whats up with the physical release of Helldivers? I noticed it at BBY the other day and almost snagged it. I was interested in this game but never gave it a look since i thought it was digital only. It said it had Ps4, PS3, and Vita versions so im concerned that it may be just a stupid code in the box and not an actual PS4 game

How's Zeno Clash 2 for $3? Seems like a decent time waster, I haven't played the first though.
I played a bit of the first one and it was rough around the edges but interesting and kinda weird. I'd say $3 is a good price to give it a go. Its a weird FPS brawler though, so if thats not your think, pass.

Ah, thank you. I willdefinitely picking it up then, thanks a lot. I guess ill see if any GS's around me have it and snag it then return/rebuy durring that sale in a couple of weeks. I'd rather get it at BBY, but dout it will be $20 any time soon

that IS the NEW price right, not used? I see at the top it mentiones pre owned for watchdogs. Im not interested in used games

Nice, hadn't seen that and seems good to me.

Yea this is for a NEW copy, just Watch Dogs is preowned.

there is a SP mode, its basically the same but filled with bots driving slowly around. it is online only, my ethernet cord came out and the game shut off. somewhat annoying since if your internet isnt working the game is useless, but the game is great so ill be getting it.

It's worth mentioning it doesn't feel like Rivals did, though -- with other players constantly getting in your business and playing as cops wrecking you during races, etc. It's much more.. civilized? They seemed to have learned a lot from rivals, and the other nfs games.

I am very much loving this beta.

Because it's still in beta probably. Wait until the game gets a full release, it'll be back to the usual behavior.

But you don't play as a cop? So... there won't be humans playing as cops? And it's not weapon based like HP or Rivals are. It's more about tuning your cars, not amping your cars up with EMP and Shockwave type weapons.

Cool, I'll probably give it a shot and see if I like it.
