Seconded. I played through with my kids (9, 7 and 3) and while it's not particularly challenging, it was a lot of fun. The humor is spot on, the characters enjoyable (as always), and it got my kids interested in adventure gaming. We recently started Book of Unwritten Tales. The kids in particular love to shout out ideas to get past a particular challenge.

I'd use it to springboard into the new King's Quest, but I don't want to be strong-armed by my children into buying the season until the entire game is released.

One complaint about AT:FaJA is the inability to skip dialogue. We ran into one glitch in the game where a character that we had to interact with didn't appear. We had to start the game over again from the beginning to resolve it.

 
im sure this has been asked a bunch but if I buy PSN cards and load those to my wallet and then buy games would that could for the $100 to get $15 back?

thats the only way i fund my psn account (no cc/paypal attached) and I've done the $100/15 promo 3-4 times now no problems. It doesn't even need to be a single checkout, can be multiple times over the week.

One other thing you can do is buy a 20% PSN coupon if you are gonna spend $70+, buying stuff like black ops 3 or battlefront deluxe gives a nice discount especially when you combine it with the $100/15. Still gotta spend 100+ AFTER coupon though.

 
Used a 20% off coupon with the promo and ended up getting a few games I've been wanting to play. Got Bloodborne, Until Dawn, Life is Strange, FF14 Heavensward, Axiom Verge, Battlefield Hardline (this was mainly to fill in the last little bit lol) and a theme. Barely hit $100 after coupon but not too bad for essentially 85 bucks.

Didn't know Resogun had a season pass or DLC. Any idea what it includes? The description is a bit vague.

I know this isn't entirely related to the thread topic, but since this is the most active PSN thread, I'm hoping it's okay for me to ask this here:

I still have the 20% off PSN code from my Uncharted bundle. Are there any digital-only games or DLC that rarely/never go on sale? I don't want to spend extra money just because this code is expiring, but I've always meant to buy the DLC for Nier (for when I eventually get around to playing it). As far as I know, that has never gone on sale, so I'm hoping to find other PSN items like that to try and make better use of the code.

I generally buy physical over digital, and I already have all the games on sale right now that I would be interested in. The only other DLC that immediately comes to mind are the ones for Mass Effect, but I played that on the 360.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

I've been waiting for Bioshock 2: Minerva's Den to go on sale. DLC doesn't go on sale on PSN as much as XBL, so there's probably several items. Basically, you're in the conundrum I usually find myself in with almost every coupon with an expiration date - desperately seeking something to spend money on at the last minute to justify having the coupon. I hate marketing and its evil hold over me...

I enjoyed all these games and the co-op was awesome. I think it would have been better of them to port over all 3 games at once in a physical edition along with the digital.

Today is the last day that the Fallout 4 season pass will be $30. Starting tomorrow, it'll be $50, so it's unlikely you're going to see a better deal on the Fallout 4 DLC for a long, long time.

Im wondering how well the playerbase for BloodBorne is gonna be once DS3 comes out, currently have Bloodborne, TWD Escapist game, and SOMA in my cart to use with my 20% off code but I am questioning Bloodborne since DS3 is on the horizon.

 
Bloodborne is incredible. The PvP is hot trash though. Absolutely not worth it except to waste everyone's time (They changed the mechanics a lot to make it speedier for PvE and those just resulted in PvP that may as well be you both playing hopskotch and parry fishing forever.). You do not need invasions or bro-op to beat it if you're good at games.

And if you're bad at games like Elessar, the most recent update added a bunch of NPC summons which do a passable job against most of the game's tougher bosses. I can certainly say I called one in for Ebby that turned 20 failures into 1 success and that boss is bullshit fuck you all I ain't defending that awful boss.

A lot of people still play Demon's Souls, so it doesn't really matter in the end.

 
Sure, people still play Demon Souls, but come on, it's a dedicated and small player base. 

Same thing applies for the original Dark Souls, considered by many as the greatest in the series. Most Soul players are playing BB to keep themselves busy for DkS III. 

BB is a great game -- no denying that. But once DkS III drops BB is going to take drop in its player base. 

Souls players don't **** around.

I didn't know the 20% off code was expiring.  I'm not going to use mine so here it use for whoever wants it. I don't know if it has expired yet since it's late. I tried to see if it was still valid on the website but it gave me some error. Might have to be used on the store on the PS4.

Has to be used on the PS4 and likely expires at midnight PST but whoever is going to use it should get on it if it's still alive.
