My apologies for the random (probably) off topic question, but my brother is wanting to buy Ultra Street Fighter 4 for his PS3, and he is wondering if it comes with any DLC codes if it is bought brand new. He can't seem to get any response anywhere else he asks, and CAG is usually a reputable source so I figured I would try here for him.

Search YouTube for an unboxing video, best way to answer your question.

:ps4: :vita: Dreii - $11.99

:ps4: Hitman Intro Pack - $14.99

:ps4: Hitman The Full Experience - $59.99

:ps4: Powell Lacrosse 16 - $49.99

More info on Hitman:

HITMAN starts with the Prologue and a Paris location on March 11, followed by the next location, set in Italy releasing in April and then Morocco releasing in May. From there HITMAN will deliver regular monthly content updates, including three additional locations; Thailand, the United States and the season conclusion in Japan later in 2016.
In addition live content begins today.

The first Escalation Contract is in the game today, with the next one scheduled for Tuesday 16 March. These are in-game contracts created by Io-Interactive which gradually increase in difficulty the more you play them.

And the first Elusive Target will appear in the game at some point in the next ten days. These are targets who appear for a limited time only, the first one will be live for 48 hours in the game. And players get only one chance to take them out, there are no second chances. This is a new character with bespoke dialogue and behavior in the game. Players will only receive their Elusive Target briefing once the new character has entered their location.

The Intro Pack is available today priced at $15 (or local equivalent). Each subsequent location will be priced at $10 as an add-on item to the Intro Pack*. Alternatively, players can buy the Full Experience up front for $60, also available today. This includes all of this year’s content as it’s released, and guarantees not to miss any live or bonus content.

The disc version of HITMAN will ship in January 2017.

* If players buy the Intro Pack but then want to get into everything the Full Experience offers, they can also choose to buy the Upgrade Pack for $50.

Has anyone tried Hitman 2016 on PS4 yet?
I was looking at the Steam page for the game and came across this information

"If you lose connection with the server it immediately shuts the game down without even making a local save and returns you to the main menu where it will refuse to load your last save game until you go back online and connect with the server again! I just unexpectly lost about 10mins progress because the connection to the server dropped, though connection elsewhere remains perfect. So obviously a problem on their end and I've only been playing 20mins or so before I encountered this."

Is this also true for the PS4 version?

I believe so. Lost connection with the beta for whatever reason and it dumped me back to the main menu.

I'm cursed when it comes to Hitman. The last two times I've tried to play it (today and during the first beta), the servers go down immediately.

At least offline mode is fine.

It looks like the Trails in the Sky deal is a developer thing, because the same sales for the exact same prices for both games are being offered on both Steam and GOG.

Since we're talking about the Trails sale I posted this in the PSN thread:

Also some excellent news I just noticed: The third Trails game is officially coming west and scheduled for 2017 (and will probably actually show up in 2019-2022)!

The bad news:
They're not localizing the PSP version.

Trails of Cold Steel 2 will hit here in the fall as well for PS3 and Vita again.

Just for double reassurance, i have the ps3 version and no, there is no voucher code, all dlc is on the disc.

"Beat" Hitman and I'm enjoying it a lot so far. There will be a video tomorrow showing off the main mission, but you can see the lead-up to that in the beta video I did a few weeks ago. That whole part is the lead-up to this main mission and they have a ton of side stuff to go for as replay value (24 styles of assassinations of the two main targets, 34 areas to discover, 10 feats/in-game achievements, and all of the contract stuff that is kind of a side mode). The trophies are handled similar to Driveclub where there's an overall list for Hitman and a smaller DLC-level list for the first episode/area. No platinum trophy in there from what I can see.

I am pretty sure the flash sale will be an easter one so not Friday, but next Friday.

Edit: Also, I got my Rocket League platinum. Last one I needed to get was the one where you hit the enemy and score a goal. I was able to get it in a bot match.

Axiom Verge..

I bought this when it was on sale a week or two ago for the PS4 and finally got around to playing it for a bit. Wow! The game feels great, the controls are smooth and the gameplay is fun and addictive. I immediately felt like I was playing metroid on my NES. It is a well made game that oozes quality. I cant say too much because I only got as far as the first boss but I feel drawn to play it more already.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/03/14/fallout-4-automatron-launching-march-22nd-on-ps4/

The Automatron add-on for Fallout 4 will be out 3/22.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/03/14/playstation-vue-goes-nationwide-starting-at-29-99-in-new-markets/

PlayStation Vue finally goes live nationwide with various tiers from $29.99 to $44.99.

We’re kicking off this launch with our new Slim multi-channel plans that are available in the 203 newly launched markets. Here are the prices for these new plans — all are offered with a free seven-day trial.

Access Slim: 55+ channels, including live cable TV, movies, and sports channels for $29.99 per month.

Core Slim: 70+ channels, including all the channels from Access Slim with the addition of national and regional sports networks for $34.99 per month.

Elite Slim: 100+ channels, featuring all the channels from Core Slim with the addition of more top movie and entertainment channels for $44.99 per month.

With an Internet connection and a PlayStation Vue TV-connected device, there are no hidden fees or long-term contracts for PlayStation Vue.

Some of you may be wondering, what’s the difference between Slim and our standard multi-channel plans available in previously launched cities (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, and Miami)? Slim plans are only available in the newly launched markets and will offer all of the same live cable channels as the standard PlayStation Vue plans. However, ABC, FOX and NBC will offer video-on-demand (VOD)-only content. This means you’ll be able to access top network content, including primetime shows, from the three broadcast networks. Most on-demand content will be available within 24 hours after airing. CBS live and on-demand programming will also be added to select cities at a later date.

We’re working to add local broadcast stations to your city, which will add live, local programing to the channel lineup. You can find more information on plans in your city here: www.psvue.com

Users can take advantage of PlayStation Vue’s unique TV streaming features, including the following:

Cloud DVR — PlayStation Vue’s unmatched cloud DVR allows users to record hundreds of shows at once and store thousands of hours of content.

Simultaneous Streaming — a single PlayStation Vue subscription allows users to simultaneously stream content across different devices.

Powerful Interface — this seamlessly blends live and on-demand content to put top programming front and center, with innovative search and discovery tools. You can also “catch up” on many popular programming within the past three days from a show’s first live airing.

In addition, users can also access programming from more than 60 network mobile apps or websites, simply by logging in with their PlayStation Network ID. The mobile apps and websites are developed by network programmers and are a separate offering from PlayStation Vue, but can be used at no additional cost.

Users can access PlayStation Vue through PS4, PS3, Amazon Fire TV, and Fire TV Stick, as well as iPad and iPhone through the PlayStation Vue mobile app. Google Chromecast is also supported via compatible iOS devices.
Awesome news for the launch and new prices.
