I think I paid $12 for my TLOUR voucher, but it would have been worth almost any price. I think I have more time on that game's mp than any game since counterstrike back in the day.
Sweet, I'm going to pick it up then. Are there any deals on psn credit that I should be aware of? Last week there seemed to be a bunch of them.

Random Vue question that maybe someone will know but I can't seem to find for sure.  Does anyone know if it takes from your PSN wallet when it charges you monthly?  If it does and I can buy PSN cards to fund it that would be all the better since then I can use store credit, double dip on rewards, take advantage of the occasional 10% off promotions, etc. to pay for it.

The only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger on TLOU Remastered is that it may come out cheaper in the next few months. How likely do you guys think that may happen?

Trackmania Turbo will have an open beta from 3/18 to 3/21 with it being available to download starting 3/18, so you can get some last minute access to see if you want to buy it next week. I attempted to play the closed beta on Xbox One a few weeks ago, but it crashed right at the screen that said "This is an early build, so it may crash a bit." and I never got to play it.

If it does, Im sure it would be no more then $2.00 cheaper. Seriously, just pull the trigger. ESPECIALLY if you haven't played it before. That game is amazing.

Eventually almost all games go down in price. However this game actually has been trending upwards. It was $10 6 months ago, then 2 months ago the low was $17, and now it is $20. If you can wait 6-12 months, then wait. If you are looking to playing between now and that time period though, you should buy it.

I bought it yesterday because it is my favorite game of all time and haven't played the Left Behind DLC yet. I finished it yesterday, it is very short, but it was very good. I will probably play the main mission again on hard later this week. I have also been hearing the multiplayer has a good community who likes to communicate so can't wait to try that!

There's a huge Easter sale on the UK PSN right now, for those who have a secondary UK account. The sale lasts two weeks so there's time to wait in case some of the same games/prices are offered in a US Easter/flash sale.

We'll most likely get a similar sale starting tomorrow since it's the 3rd weekend of the month and we're due for a flash sale.

Question about Garden Warfare 2 - does the deluxe edition contain items that are impossible to obtain out of the packs you buy with in-game currency in the regular edition? I did a few googles but couldn't come up with a clear answer to this.
The character abilities Better Butter Barrage and Super Multi Ball are both exclusive to the deluxe edition.

I am also wondering this- can someone who currently has Vue or anyone else answer this?

It would be great if you could pay your monthly Vue bill out of your PSN wallet since discounts on PSN cards or codes are relatively common (and certainly 100% more common than consistent discounts on satellite or cable bills!). Though I could see those potentially drying up if Vue does well as it rolls out nationally, though.

signed up for a free 14 - day PSN Trial just so I could buy The Last of Us Remastered for the discounted $20.. also bought the $50 PSN funds on eBay for $43 that is still active. I changed my PSN account to list me as a NH resident to avoid sales tax. Just waiting on my $50 in PSN funds to come in. Also went thru a cash back site to eBay that gives back 1 percent on eBay purchases.. (every penny counts right?) e b a t e s for anyone interested.

You only get Kudos for all this if you're posting this using free internet terminal at a public library instead of paying for it like a sucker.

Never once had psn ask me my address or want to charge sales tax. Of course I report it all when I file...

The web address from the last flash sale is working. It still shows the games from last time, but this hopefully means we'll be getting a new flash sale tomorrow!

Really hoping (along with everyone else, I'm sure) there IS a flash sale starting tomorrow. I've got $142 in my PSN wallet that needs to be spent. Granted, $85 of that will probably go to preordering DkS3 Deluxe Edition. But there's a few indie titles and DLC I'm crossing my fingers goes on sale if there is a Flash Sale.

Atlus is bringing Daydreamer: Awakened Edition to PS4 on 5/31 for $9.99, which is a side-scrolling shooter made by a one-man studio:

The core PS VR bundle, which has a suggested retail price of $399.99 USD / $549.99 CAD, is not available for pre-order.
Wha...why?? I already have the camera and two Moves...and because of that, I don't get the opportunity to preorder??

They better have a lot of core bundles available at launch. I don't wanna have to be waiting outside of stores at 5 AM to pick one up...I already did that crap for a Wii back in the day.

That is pretty ridiculous. Basically Sony is penalizing their biggest fans who bought their peripherals of dubious value when they had fewer reasons to do so in the past. This is just as annoying as those stores that constantly entice new customers with some promo code but never offer anything to loyal customers.

They'll offer pre-orders for it, just not on Tuesday.

If that really is the case, they should work on their wording. A look at the comments for the blog post shows I'm not the only one who interpreted that to mean they won't be available for preorder at all.

Yeah, they're just talking about pre-ordering PSVR stuff on Tuesday, not for the next seven months.

All they had to do was add the word "yet" to the end of their sentence in laziest possible way of doing things. Or they could have added another sentence clarifying the timeline if they really wanted to put in a lot of effort.

PSVR... I have no interest in owning one. It'll be interesting to see if VR is the first real console addon to succeed.
I think it will succeed as a non-perihperal once its price drops significantly. In other words, I think PS VR will fail longterm compared to competitors. Hell, Sony might have to make the next one PS4-independent.
