Mad Max is great.

Open world, but lots of nooks and crannies with very distinct features - small little camps and stories hidden around. Very fun to explore, and I rarely say that. The outposts aren't carbon copies... everything is well designed.

Combat is Arkham style, but pleasantly brutal, responsive, and satisfying.

Car combat is fun, but nowhere near as tactical as I'd hoped. More... arcadey, for lack of a better word. Car combat was disappointing for me as a result, but that doesn't mean it was bad... just too easy [one weapon in particular makes everything too easy]. Actually, the game in general is too easy for my tastes.

Definitely a very fun plat in my opinion. You unlock all collectibles on radar eventually.

I was expecting great reviews for the Michonne TT game... google and found its considered about a 6 or 7 outta 10 by most reviewers. 

 
If mad max is in the flash sale I am in to buy it again. I enjoyed it when I had it, but I experienced lots of slow down. Hoping it's fixed. I only traded it in because the slow down annoyed me and I didn't have time to play it.
 
Anyone who is considering Mad Max and is planning on trying to get the platinum, remember to create a new save every now and then. There are lots of bugs in this game that can block you from getting the plat, and those backup saves will save you from having to start the game over from scratch.

Mad Max is showing up as $15.99 when you put it in the cart. Everything else seems to be slow going up for the time being, though.

Is the Escapists combo pack two separate games? I already have Escapists and the other dlc but this combo pack is cheaper than the walking dead stand alone dlc.

I don't ever get so invested in each week's sales having to be the best ever, so there's nothing to obsess about like most around here. It's really easy to move on if there's nothing interesting on sale. The same goes for PS+ and GWG games.

The Escapists: The Walking Dead is a separate game and isn't on sale, so it isn't priced to compete with stuff that is on sale.

I know the $15 off $100 usually includes PS+ Memberships but does anything that uses your PSN wallet count? I'm thinking about a PS Now & PS Vue subscription and those 2 would total over $50 (by signing up for a 3 month subscription).

As mentioned it's over but if it draws from the wallet it should. Only started exclusion is to third party apps that aren't funded through the wallet. My Vue renewed during it so I spent the extra $31 assuming it will count since it uses my PSN balance.

People were posting codes in the other PSN thread but I had no idea where they got them from.

yep, i think everyone got them a couple days ago, did you sign in before doing it all? also even after clicking the videos and sites you still had to claim the item on the right side.
