That's too bad, he seemed like a nice guy.

Finally finished ffx-2 tonight. with 99.8% completion. Pffft. It really isn't that bad as long as you don't care about trophies. I'll speed through to the .2% I missed and try last mission.

I definitely didnt hate it, just was not fun playing on Veteran. But it is a solid Vita title for sure and I wish they had more games like it on the system.

It's not the fancy one with the Vader console and weird DS4. Just a regular PS4 with Battlefront voucher and the other Star Wars emulation games that just came out. But I like that option better than Uncharted or BlOps3

So try only joining teams on their ship before missions and see if the disconnects go away. Or play with psnots, sounds like a bunch of you are playing.

Finished Brothers A Tale of Two Sons on PS3.  slight spoilers
I don't understand the ton of praise the game received.  The various areas look good and all but it just seems like the creatures that inhabited them were just there because the developers didn't have a ton of ideas as to how to make this level slightly differ from the last.  No backstory to why they're there, you're supposed to accept it, I suppose.  Why is there a giant troll here, oh, to help you get to the next area...and then you have to save his girlfriend or wife apparently.  Why was she in a cage?  Because the other trolls are bad?  Why are there dead giants in this section?  Oh to do a couple of things so you can move them because they are blocking your way.  Did those little guys somehow kill them all?  *shrugs*  Oh of course that girl wasn't what she seemed.  Is that normal for women in this area to mutate?
 

Puzzles are simple.  Graphics are nice.  Some views are beautiful.  Occasional stutter on PS3.  I think the hype train did me in on this one.

Well thanks to Fireball, my tropy streak is over. Passed out before I could get one last night.

Star Wars Battlefront pros:

Do you know if the deluxe edition gives you anything more than those 5 weapons? And are they worth it for an extra $10?

Kinda bummed about that b1g2 sale ending. IIRC Vig made a post about how it wasn't completely clear when that was supposed to be over. Was hoping it would run another week since I'm going to be by a different Target today.

I had an employee scan a bunch yesterday to test it out and it worked. I couldn't find three I really wanted that we're all $20 though since Watch Dogs wasn't part of it (despite the list saying it was) and Evil Within was $40.
 
I need to go to Best Buy to buy a modem for when we switch our internet service to Comcast.

Any suggestions or things to avoid?

It is just early access to the higher level gear. It does give you Han Solo's blaster which you dont get until like 25+ I think so if you really want it youll need to put some hours into the game.
 
Oh Zimm, I drank the big butt last night. I was too trashed to remember much, but I do remember it being tasty and I drank it down pretty quickly.

Like they said, don't waste your money. Let me know when you get your PS4 and start it up. I still play regularly but everyone else has moved on.
