Wow so this amazon prime 20 off pre orders and the first two weeks of release is pretty nice.

Unlike tyler I gotta pay tax, so its a toss up for me with bby and amazon for stuff, bby obviously will win when they have 10 cert for pre order, and will still most likely win since in store pickup has always been good for me, might wind up getting some things from amazon now though.

Either way, nice added benefit amazon did.

I am about to lose Best Buy Elite status. So other then the $10 certs it is about even on the few games I buy at release. Not sure if I will still get release day delivery with BB. If not I will just order from Amazon.

Went to Walmart intending to PM Amazon's price on Handsome Collection. Apparently Walmart quit matching online-only retailers because too many people were screwing them over. Lame.

I actually just remembered that I did that last year with the $100 New 3DS. My bad.

Agreed. I considered that the worst part of going for the plat because it was 100% RNG-based. Thankfully it didn't take me as long to get as I feared (1-2 hours of entering the first fight against the Dragon, winning and re-entering the ship within 30 seconds, and checking the bar).

It can be frustrating at times, but I didn't think it was overly difficult. If you're decent at the game it shouldn't be bad. Just gotta find your favorite combo of weps and you should be good on the challenge rooms. I stuck with the pike and mortor for the most part. I think I had to swap it up on my score attack play through though? I didn't get all the weapon upgrades I needed to drop or something.

So for those who Preordered Dark Souls 3 from BB since they had the photos of the Day One and CE switched and thought maybe you could get the CE for $60, they since fixed the photo if you want to cancel your order.
