Again though why the fuck cant they make the ENTIRE controller one color?!

I can understand the sticks (maybe) not being painted.  But the rest of the damn thing should be painted.  No excuse.  Its just Sony being cheap.

Definitely like the controller. Did we ever end up getting those fancy gold/silver/clear ones that japan got? I wouldn't mind grabbing a new color and giving my brother my old controller, but I'm not spending $65 on them. The bluegrey special edition golds are pretty cool looking too.

ehh did the loot crate for a while, mostly just get a bunch of stupid junky crap each month.

Few of the shirts were cool and there were some exclusive comics I liked, but overall meh.

The marvel box is pretty good the few I got so far, signed up for the next one, its deadpool themed.

 
it's pretty amazing, that does actually look like a really souped up version of the original Doom.  the little fatalities or whatever are kind of dorky but otherwise it looks like it'll hit people right in the nostalgia.

 
ni no kuni pros: did you do all of the side quests in a town before moving on or did you try to just mop up some of them and save the rest for later/postgame/whatever?

 
I think I'll start Ni No Kuni this weekend. Glanced at the trophy guide and it doesn't look like any of the trophies are missable. Hopefully I'll like the game enough to go for the plat, seems grindy but not too difficult. If not, free TT points for those of you who go for it lol.

I'm no pro of course, but I'm just mainly doing the ones where you restore someones broken heart, then moving on and saving the rest for later. Like you I've still not decided whether or not I'll take the time to go for the plat, so I don't really see any reason for me to try to do all of them before I make that decision. Could turn out to be a waste of time.

definitely load up all the bounties before you leave a town though, some of them are right on the way to wherever you're going next and they get stamps and item/cash rewards too (and so far have been really quick and easy). the merit card perks seem like they're worth actually putting the effort in so I'll probably keep doing as much as I can without straining myself.

 
So in Helldivers you can bring up the map, and place what looks like a waypoint, but it doesn't appear to do anything. Is the arrow on the main screen just really tiny or am I missing something?
