My gf is telling me the thermostat is reading 70 but it feels colder. I think she's trying to turn the heat up. I also think that means it may be time to kick her out.

My electric bill dropped so much after the bitch moved out. My bill last month was less than $100 for the first time in...well ever. Probably not since we lived in a 800 sq ft apt was it that low. Even last year at this time with her there it would be $150 at least. During the summer I am going to save well over $100 a month just on AC.

Except not really. I just stick with old seasons on Netflix. Only show I keep current with is Bob's Burgers. I should probably grab an antenna to watch the Super Bowl, though.

The ex wasn't, but this one is actually really great about stuff like this. Since we moved in our new place, our highest bill was like $124. Every other time it hasn't been over $105. She doesn't waste money on stupid shit, in fact she hardly spends any at all. She's awesome.

I think I was bitching to you as I did it, but I was watching Simpsons on dvd and decided to give the streaming a chance so I wouldn't need to deal with the discs. There are commercials when you watch them streamed, so back to the old dvds I went.

Total blowfest, especially since they said they are going to stop putting out the rest of the seasons on dvd. I don't even think you can buy all of the old seasons digitally. They need to get their shit straighted out.

This seems kind of crazy. They own HBO and selling HBO Now without cable service likely did WAY more damage than keeping current series off of Hulu.

Plus they are delusional if they think they can buy into that and sway the opinion of people at Comcast and Disney. Time Warner is small potatoes compared to the other people that own stakes in Hulu.

 
It's really really lame that Electronic Super Joy isn't out on PS4 yet.

The dumb publisher Loot Interactive (the same guys that keep putting all their games on sale, as well as the guys responsible for the 10% off Whispering Willows avatar sale) seems to have hopped into bed with Xbox. Game came out over there and now they're bringing their Qbert game to X1. When I asked them about the PS4 version of Electronic Super Joy I got some really weird vague responses.

I played it at PSX. It's a action game where you're either a monster who tries to cover the map with your virus. Then you can infect other players and make them like you. Or you start as a human and try to fight them off. I think there are 2 human squads so the teams start off uneven. I kicked ass as an infected. When I tried the beta a few weeks ago online was dead. They keep adding more people to better test the servers.
