PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

I've been putting it off but tonight I finally started my 2nd Infamous 2 playthrough on hard. It really will be short considering I'm only required to beat the main game and do some evil side quests. With that I'll work on maxing out my evil karma. Shouldn't be too hard.

On my 1st playthrough I did everything and even collected all the blast shards manually as I went. Managed to get them all before even having to buy the locator. This time I said fuck that and just ran the UGC collector. Praise the guy who created that mission.

Finally put a little distance between myself and Bums on TT. Struggling to keep pace with Owl though, currently 340 points behind him.

Even so, only picked up 13 delegates to Herselfs 9.

Still trailing 394 to 42 in delegates.

Good win for uncle bernie though, be interesting to see what happens in SC and NV from him.

I'm not sure a text one would work worth a damn for that game. Many are in rather obscure locations that would be hard to describe. I used the video ones in the thread from PS3T made by Harry94.

Ah, in that case I'll just go with the video guide. I tend to prefer text guides as it doesn't break the experience as much but considering this is a game I'm only playing for an easy plat the "experience" doesn't matter much here.

I just got an update to the beta yesterday, so that makes it seem that I won't have to download anything new.

 
Ooh, almost forgot about that new Star Ocean game. Got some pretty good stuff to look forward to on PS4 as far as jrpgs are concerned with Star Ocean, FF XV, FF 7 remake, and the new Tales game.

I got a code too, though I'm not sure if I'm buying the game at release. Hopefully you can still redeem it if you pick it up when the game drops to $20....

I see both "FREE Standard Shipping" and "FREE No-Rush Shipping" when I go to checkout, so I'm not sure why you're only seeing the former.

I went ahead and bought the standard edition with the no-rush shipping. #lotso'bronzes

If the new Tales (Berseria) actually plays differently from Zestiria and the two Xillias despite having similar graphics, then I might get that, but not at launch since those games tend to drop in price fairly quickly.

Also, you forgot Persona 5. HYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYPE

I haven't made much progress (only finished Ch. 1), but I really like what I've seen so far. The graphics are nothing to write home about (slightly sharper-looking late-era PS2), but the battle system, characters, and music are phenomenal. The voice-acting also isn't too shabby.

I hesitate to make this comparison without having played more, but I get Skies of Arcadia vibes (excluding airship stuff) from it.

Fair warning: If those of you interested in Target's B1G2 secret promo were planning on trading at least one game to Gamestop to offset the cost, check the TIV(s) at Gamestop.com first--they nuked quite a few things that qualify for that promo.

For instance, Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition is now $7 base on both systems while they were $10 base yesterday.

 
I had my best ever Twilight Zone game over the span of a bus ride and home time playing and was so excited to screen shot be having a higher score than chewy, until I check the leaderboard and he and my score beat by like 7 billion.

Yea, tons of them around, easily 4-5 of them within a few hours of here.

Kinda dumb if thats the case, lots of people leave not too far from their centers as they got a ton of them all over the place.

Yeah, the future of trade-ins doesn't look good at Best Buy. They only seem to care about current-gen stuff now.

More like current games period, anything even a little older is low.

Will still be good for the pre order promo beat it quick games, but yea, anything else is poopy.

 
Isn't bby doing a b2g1 on preowned this week? Don't the TIVs normally drop for those? And then next week is a 50% bonus? Maybe some of the abnormally low values will go back up once the preowned sale is over? Or have the values on older stuff just been shit for a while now? I normally don't bother looking up the values on older stuff unless some kind of promo is going on. 

 
Play Asia dropped civ rev 2 to 42.99. Ordered a copy cause I don't feel like waiting til summer. Not sure if shipping is flat, cause I also ordered Gundam extreme force, but it was 5.90.

Now I just need them to put up the pre-order for moero crystal with English subs.
 
So a game about the forest and fires and wilderness and stuff that actually looks good is coming out to PC and Xbox later this month. I really hope we get it down the line.
