PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Why did I think a new Vita in blue was $169.99? Not going to shell out $120 plus my old Vita for a new one.

Just as well use my credit to buy Amazon credit to order Quantum Break. Already have a $50 Amazon Gift card for Uncharted.
It was $170 last week. I didn't realize it had gone off sale.

Took a night off from games to clear my head after that grind I just finished. I'll probably fire up Canoli tonight, then RE 5 this weekend.
I know Cleaner mentioned wanting to co-op RE5 but I don't have a PS3 compatible mic. Seems like a waste of money to buy one just for PS3 at this point. Is it important to use a mic for RE5?
I'm still down for coop with you or anyone else. It's the one RE game I beat. It was fun playing multiple times with different people and unlocking all the stuff.

It is in interesting dilemma for Sony here. They have the dominate lead. Do they think that it will keep people from buying Xbones to play with their friends who have one already, or see it as lost PS4 sales for early Xbone adopters with friends on PS4.
Would be awesome to play the division with my Xbox friends, just as an example. Would stop all my future dilemma of which system to buy for, and I won't have to ignore a group of friends. Really surprising move by ms, to me anyway, cause they've blocked this before.
I didn't really think of this in terms of console wars, but I guess that makes sense. I figure Microsoft did this because they're trying to make Xbox and PC one big platform. What I like the most is it helps to keep an online community alive by combining all the players compared to when it dies off on each platform when kept separately.

Source? I'm having a hard time believing this is legit.

I think we knew this already from the blog post about all the different languages you can encounter and learn. Unless no one else read that but me.
We knew about the alien languages, but I figured those would be tied to reading signs/artifacts/other stuff, not necessarily to actual dialogue with NPCs.

I believe the blog post mentioned that you need to use your language skills to talk/negotiate with the NPCs and that you could say the wrong thing to piss them off or flatter them, causing them to attack or blackball you or give you extra items or rub your leg.

That PlayStation Vue is tempting and about the rate of what my TV bill will be. I'm moving on Thursday and signed up for a Cox internet/tv bundle for $80. Includes all the basic channels plus 100 Mbps download speeds. It was cheaper than what I'm paying now so we opted for the bundle instead of internet only. No contract so we'll see if we like it.

I tried out Slingtv when it first came out and it sucked. The stream would keep freezing or not play. If it worked I probably would have opted for that. I'll probably try Vue and do a comparison.

My first Lego game was LB3. It was fun. Since then I've played Hobbit and Chima which both kinda sucked. I still have Marvel and Lego Movie to play--hopefully they're closer to LB3 in quality.

Which ones are on that gameshare account? I know there is Batman 2. I think the others might be LOTR and one of the Harry Potters?

Me too. But I can't think of any must have games right now with The Division on my plate. I'm looking forward to Quantum Break and No Man's Sky but I'd rather just buy them.
Gonna hopefully get a $1 FC Primal rental out of it, maybe Lego avengers and some EZ plats

Based on the site they just look at Google trends. They don't state when they searched or what time frame.

For example, look at this map:
food-searches-by-state.jpg

I know Floridians can be crazy but I doubt alligator meat is their top dish. The map itself says it's about what people in the state search for. Yet the title on the article says "This Amazing Map Shows Which Food Each State Eats The Most". Those are not the same thing.

It'd be like saying your top search on Pornhub is DP. It just means you're curious about it, doesn't mean you actually do it.

For that TV map you posted the article title says "This Map Shows What People In Each State Are Binge Watching On Netflix". Again, it's unclear on the specifics.

In conclusion, that site (homesnacks) sucks.

The Easter ones are gross, though. Normal PB cups have a good chocolate/PB ratio and the shape provides a good texture. The Easter PB cups just aren't balanced correctly.
I would agree if you mean those gigantic ones that are so big, it's hard to bite into them and you're better off with a knife. Otherwise, they're fantastic. I always buy the Pumpkin, Christmas, and Heart Shaped ones too.

And people like Hunts and Peeps?! #gtfohere

Finally tried out the dark zone in the division. Shit is fun. Some asshole in DZ01 camped the extract points and killed me for no reason though. Then I got into a fight with 2 dudes at another extract point and almost killed one, but I had to run away when the second tried to flank me. Easily the coolest part of the game.

Peeps are delicious. It's crazy they're good fresh and stale, theyre amazing.

I'm going to eat peeps on cam during my next stream.

It's sugar and marshmallow! What's not to like?!?!

I think my Motorola cable modem has finally kicked the bucket. Damnit, Gator! Fix this shit!

Though to be fair I've had it for 10 years since I got cable internet at this place. Guess it wanted to go down with the ship. I just ordered a replacement from BestBuy and will pick it up tomorrow. I needed to upgrade for my sexy, faster speed at the new place anyways.

The bad thing is I promised to give my mom my old modem since she's getting internet at her place and now I'm gonna have to buy one for her too. She'll just get the basic model... Mama don't need that super fast speed when all she does is pay bills and visit a few websites like Facebook and Pinterest.

I'm going to assume that map doesn't mean which food each state eats the most, but rather what state eats that particular food the most.

Its definitely a blast all thanks to the PvP. Its a bit shallow as far as whats available to do in DZ. If they add to it over time and implement things like renewing side quests and events to get items from rather than just running aimlessly killing things it would be incredible and borderline perfect.

I just hit DZ rank 50.

I thought I was the only one to like Peeps. I'm totally aware of how shitty they are, but I still like them.

Also, never get the mystery flavors. Especially not mystery flavor 2.

mpaullin is tearing up some aac. His S+ scores are starting to extend further and further in to the map. I have two.
Yeah, I've made it up to 3-2, but I think I've hit a wall. At least for now. The levels feel like they go on forever and sometimes it doesn't feel fair when I get hit (e.g., when those spiky explodey balls spawn right next to me). I can probably make it a bit further with some perseverence, but I seriously doubt I can do all levels.

Crap. Missed the pre-order of Salt & Sanctuary for that extra $2 off. Ah well. Here's a Let's Play somebody already uploaded:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OqnrVfr-4Xo

I didn't realize it even follows the Souls' approach of "Hey, there's a boss that kills you right at the beginning." There's an occasional stutter but I can't tell if that's a framerate issue or a problem with the recording.I

I don't think I'll wait for this to hit Vita. Silly that I'm willing to drop $18 on it even though I still haven't bought or played Bloodborne, but I do like supporting indies.
